The woman nodded, "I get off work in about half an hour. Why don't you two look around and relax until then?" she suggested. "Oh yes and my name is Abby." she added as an after thought, going back to work while talking to them. "We will." Eric replied, keeping his real opinion to himself. We'll get out of here at least. Getting away though... I don't know. He swam foward, making sure she still with him and took out a small dagger he'd managed to keep consealed from the guards. Going slowly he snuck up behind the first guard and locked an arm around his throat. "Open the door." he ordered quietly. He would do anything to make sure they were out safely but he wasn't a killer and didn't want to become one if possible.
Jinx watched Beatice and Micheal leave. "Lucky Carl." she added to Van Helsing's words. Carl smiled, "That's alright. When you get her mad and she tries to kill you, I know where you'll run." Mary looked around excitedly. "How did you do that? Can I do that?" she questioned, curiously. Still unfamilar with her speed and stregth, when she tried to run a few feet to one side for a better look of the room, she found herself already at the far end. "Are you going to change them all now?" she asked, distracted again. It surprised her how hard it was to keep her thoughts in one direction, there were so many more ways to go now.
The lady at the counter listened patiently. "Oh, i'm sorry loves, I haven't seen anyone around like that. But I'll tell you what? I'll give you a tour around town and we'll see if we can't find someone who's seen your friends. How's that sound?" her smile was motherly and her tone was soft. She leaned on the counter and waited for the two to decide. Grace smiled brightly at Sakura. "That sounds good, doesn't it?" she asked, very glad Sakura liked pink so much now.
Mary let go of her friend looking almost bored with her cry. "Oh.. wow..." she easily lifted Hikari's arm to see the bruises she'd caused. "I'm sorry." she automaticly apologized without being very focused on it. She was more interested in seeing, feeling, hearing, and smelling the world around her. Looking over the other women she actually laughed. They always looked so pretty before but now she saw their flaws. "No formalites with us I guess." Jinx kept up her mock pout as long as he kept frowning at her.
"Our friends." Grace clarrifed, adding their descriptions before giving the floor to Sakura again. "It's okay, go ahead." she whispered kindly.
Jinx slapped away his fingers, "That is a nasty habit you're getting into," she pouted slightly, tapping his lips playfully with her index finger. Mary steadily found her breath coming easier and easier. She clutched Hikari's arms tightly but every second her grip became stronger. Her senses sharpened, causing her eyes to actually hurt from the light. When she finally was able to open them again, she looked over Dracula carefully. "Oh..." she cooed lightly, unaware of how much she was hurting Hikari. "You are beautiful." she stated in awe.
"You have more a clue than I do." Gemini replied. "I keep hearing things like demons and war and that kind of thing. I've never heard any of that before."
Mary fell back into Hikari's arms, her hands shakily trying to touch the wound at her neck. She stared vapidly at Dracula, wondering if he had meant to just kill them after all. Jinx patted his hand on her shoulder. "So we understand each other. What was the point of this conversation?"
Grace giggled at the momentary confidence she'd heard from the pink princess. Then she gently squeezed Sakura's hand and pulled her towards the front desk. "Hello." she greeted the lady.
Jinx shook her head. "\You donn't expect a change i hope.." Mary looked back at all her co-workers and than at Hikari. "I will if you want..." she said, alittle of her youth and nervous feelings peeking through her tone.
Jinx looked straight back. "Why? Because I want us to just get this over with and don't care how?" she asked dismissively Mary nodded, fighting off the impulse to chew on her lip childishly. "We will be your greatest assets."
Grace nodded, not expecting Sakura to go alone. She took her friends hand in one hand and opened the pink door with the other. Bells trilled as the door swung open. "It's definetly.. pink." was all Grace could comment. Eric reluctantly slowed down alittle bit. As the rounded a corner that led to the exit doors he spotted two guards. "Ah, stop." he said, hiding them behind a wall. "I think they are stationed there so we'll have to take them out... stay right behind me alright?"
OOC: haha punny ;) BIC: Jinx nodded, ignoring Van Helsing. "Right, so let's just pretend we don't all hate each other long enough to kill Dracula, eh?" A small smile appeared on Mary's lips. immortal, powerful, perfect. she echoed his words in her head. "Yes." she answered in low tones. "Let's be the first." she added wickedly, taking Hikari's hand and pulling her foward. The two women stood slightly infront of the rest of the whispering women.
OOC: i never said that... outloud... ^^ jk BIC: Gemini gave a short curtsy and then started down the street. She looked around curiously for alittle while, taking in the town and buildings before looking at Lanan seriously. "What is going on?" she asked bluntly.
OOC: dun dun dun! filler post and meaningless dialoge until the plot resumes!! BIC: Jinx saw the tear from where Lestat had bitten her chest. "Hey where did that come from?" she asked Van Helsing. OOC: well that was boring... therefore one of the chickies with Dracula can have a name and color ^^ Mary left her room after hearing the scream and footsteps of others, ignoring protests behind her. She pushed through the other women to see what was happening and froze just behind the first woman. "Who is he?" she whispered someone next to her while eyeing his figure and the blood on his lips. She licked her own lips at the disturbing site
OOC: Aww, you two are so cute when you whine at each other! teehee
Eric took hold of Ame's wrist without thinking about it and 'sprinted' (haha what do you call sprinting underwater) down the hall way in the opposite direction with Ame in tow. Grace laughed at her friend's obssession with her special color. "Pink is a happy color, so the people should be nicer there." she pointed out as they headed towards the building.
oh no that's so sad!
Gemini looked around after taking in a breath of fresh air, "Why don't we follow the crowd? They all seem to be going that way." she suggested, guessing that the market was the place most people would go.
Grace ran up to Sakura, a slight pout on her lips. "It wasn't terrible. The man was just rude and barely let me talk. Let's try somewhere else. there are always rude people in the world, even under water." she tried to put an optimistic spin on what had happened. Eric carefully pushed himself through the two bars he had been working on for awhile. He recieved scrapes all up his back and chest for his efforts but he was out. Without waiting he swam to Ame's cell and began working on the dented bars. "See if you can fit through." he said as time passed. "We don't have a lot of time."
