No you cant convert codes from another region. You need to port it. What does it do?
Maxconvert is a free thing you download and it converts codes from ar max to codebreaker, gameshark, ect.

No they can be put in while you are are ingame And I know this is spam but Im tired of people derepping me because they think they are right. Ven is a rom hack and there is nothing that can change that. And even if it was a code it wouldnt be 1 line long
If you are using No$GBA then just press F2 and it should bring up the cheat menu, or go to utilities and cheats.
What the hell the title of the video says ROM HACKING TUTORAL. Its a rom hack not a code. There are no ucm digits for something that isnt there. Thats like trying to put Kefka in the game.
MAybe try giving them normal sora's status or movesets
There is no way to perfect it because it is used in a fight where drive forms cannot be used. That code is not meant for them.
