The C4D use in the background reminds me of one of my first sigs. Well, the background is too crazy, messing up the render. It's too blended. I suggest playing around with smudging the render in these styles. Also, I suggest you learn how to use C4ds.

Yeah, bad colors. What tbk said is true, it helped me out. Lighting needs to be more focused on the render cuz it looks more like random shades. Render needs a lot more blending too.
Well...it's good. Nothing more. It's got nice effects. v2 looks much emptier and boring(that would be the gradient) and the gradient is too strong and unifying so v1 is better. Oh, and no to the text. I do love the chilly feel of v1 but definatly not of your best IMO. 8/10
