I'd say Luxord came from Port Royale and I agree with Demyx coming from Atlantica. Marluxia came from Happy Flower Land. :D Don't know about the others, though.

...sounds familiar..... I'd prefer to keep KH as a manga though. FFVII or FFVIII would be awesome in novel form. Specially FFVII, cause they could make it a whole series: Before Crisis, FFVII, Advent Children, and Dirge of Cerberus.
