O_O I just took a course on Geology, so I learned a lot about Earthquakes...and they are completely random. Yes its been awhile, but at the moment no one has the ability to predict earthquakes. So is it likely? it is always likely living in California, half of the state is on one side of a transform fault boundary, and half is on the other side. Andrinor shouts as he shoots another pirate in the face.
(OOC: works for me!) "Hirac, you hold him off, I'm going after Jit! Kangen can't handle it by herself!" andrinor straps his rifle to hsi back and pulls out his pistols. Firing a few shots off at the devil fruit user, he drops down to the streets below and heads off for the enemy ship.
