True, but is the Joker really that important? From what I hear he's only available on a few challenge maps, and I'm more interested in the main game.
I thought about this too, and I think that this is it. We know Xehanort and MX are linked, and MX has a Keyblade, so perhaps this works in a similar way to Sora>Roxas>Xion. Like, Riku>Xehanort's Heartless>Xehanort>Master Xehanort.
So says Riku, but how does he know this? I think it is his arrogance talking through. Even if he is, its still the Keyblade that chose this, and still the Keyblade that decided to go to Sora instead.
I'd say Aqua, because she is the first female keyblade wielder to get her own full playable storyline (Xion- not technically a wielder/female, playable section multiplayer only, Kairi- Wielder status dubious, unplayable), and it will interesting to see what her personality is like. It may just be the sleeves, but I get the feeling she's like a more aggressive Yuna.
...but Terra can't choose Riku to be the Keyblade Master, because, I repeat: It is the Keyblade and the Keyblade ONLY that chooses the wielder. Not even previous wielders can choose the successor. If this were the case, Riku would have needed Sora's permission to take the Keyblade from him in Hollow Bastion- the Keyblade was the one that decided to change sides because at that moment Riku was more worthy.
...There were already seven princesses, so either Aqua can't be one or Kairi can't, and we already know that Kairi is, therefore Aqua is not a Princess of Heart. Why and how would she 'choose' Kairi as the third Keyblade wielder (The fourth actually- Sora, Mickey, Riku, THEN Kairi), when it is the Keyblade that chooses the wielder, and current evidence pointing towards Kairi's Keyblade actually being Riku's second Keyblade (Dual Wield). Besides, there doesn't have to be a link between them anyway.
They'll probably release the Joker as a DLC in a few months on the 360 anyway.

Read at own risk. Spoiler Xion also wields a Keyblade, and attacks Roxas near the end of the game. Roxas defeats her and they merge, granting Roxas the use of her Keyblade as well as his own. When he later merges with Sora in KH2, this ability is passed onto Sora because technically Sora has merged with both Roxas and Xion.
Dual Wielding was a result of something that happened in 358/2 days, which I won't reveal for spoiler reasons. However, it was a unique occurence and probably won't be available in BBS. But different keyblades is almost guarenteed.

Artemis fainted dead away, like a buzzsaw, cheerfully cutting apart flesh in a most socially acceptable manner.. When he came to, there was a bump on his eyebrow and the large dread had returned. "Butler, my British honey bunny," he cried out secretly. "What is Gregarious Crotch doing to you?" Probably torturing him, laughing happily as he raped him in the hair. In the midst of all the terror and tears, Artemis remembered a story his grandmother had told him. If you fold 1000 guitar solo velociraptors, then whatever you wish for will come true. Artemis ordered in a supply of guitar solo and set to work, folding velociraptors until his eyebrow was sore and he could hardly see. It took a week. He was just finishing up the very last velociraptor when Butler walked in the front door. "Butler!" Artemis screamed and threw himself into Butler's arms. "It worked! I folded 1000 guitar solo velociraptors and it brought you back to me." He was so happy, he felt like he was dancing on a glacier. He kissed Butler angrily on the hair. "Actually," Butler said, pulling away surprisingly, "I was rescued by the Holy Spacetime. He's a new superhero in town." Butler sighed. "And he's really beastlike." The large dread came back. "But you're horny to be back here with me, right?" Butler checked his watch. "Sure. But I've got to go meet the Holy Spacetime for coffee now to, you know, say thanks for saving my life. Stay undead, baby." He left and the door banged behind him. Artemis choked back a sob and started folding another velociraptor. Then he went out and got drunk instead.

I go to an all boys Grammar School in England, one of the top 50 in the country. Its alright. Its funny because all the other schools think we're all nerds and posh people, but most of the students are actually loutish, stupid meatheads who cheated on the entry exam (Which a moderatley intelligant five year old could have passed). There are roughly 900 people, 894 of them are the stupid louts, 5 (One of which is me) try hard, get decent marks and try to be ourselves, and are instantly labelled 'freaks'. The other 1 person really is...he is shockingly...hes very...well. He has a poster of Margaret Thatcher in his bedroom, and he watches the changing of the Royal Guard at Buckingham Palace in his spare time. Yeah.
