...why can't they be Org. Members? They're wearing the cloaks, and at this point in the game there were 7 Org. Members whose identity the player was unaware of, so they are there to get the player interested. I don't think they are intended to be anyone as such, just random members.

Game Sequel Movies like Advent Children are alright but a film of the game is doomed to fail since most of Squares game storylines are many, many hours long. Either the film would be split into several parts or many things are left out, both of which are bad news.

Hmm, its a close call. Zexion/Lexaeus because they have lots of room for character development, Axel/Roxas/Xion because they have decent morals, Demyx because I don't think he really deserved to die...I get the feeling he was pressured to join the Organisation, or Larxene because she is the most original female character. I'd have to say Demyx.
I suppose that Nomura could make the 'Terra is Xehanor' Theory work in some twisted way, but I doubt it. It's definately 'Xehanort' for both of them- ZAY-Ah-Nort, not ZEE-Ann-Hort.
It will be a very...unique anime if this happens.
Which is all part of the mystery. But if you look carefully his outfit is very similar to the one Xehanort's Heartless from KH1 wore.

Because at the end of KH1 we get a glimse into the realm of darkness and see a massive group of pureblood heartless. Thats why Kingdom Hearts had to be closed in the first place. I think that pureblood Heartless always existed, they just weren't seen as often, likely because the Unbirths, whatever they are, were stealing the show. Then something happens near the end of the game that wipes out or cripples the Unbirths, so pureblood Heartless become more common. Then Xehanort discovers them and makes his own emblem Heartless.
