Re-Education Through Labor is on Guitar Hero: World Tour. When I listened to it on the CD, it didn't sound very good. But, for some reason, since I started playing it, it kinda grew on me. 'Tis a cool song, but I don't really like the rest of the CD. =/ Still love Rise Against though.

I've almost read the whole manga on onemanga just today. I'm twitching 'cuz I've been staring at the screen for so long. I can't get ENUFF. Friggin' addicted five pages into the first book. I'm easily addicted to just about anything, though. I'm taking my first break right now. Yey here I am, talking about it. X_X

Small little summary (trying to avoid spoilers AMAP, and riped directly from wikipedia):

The story centers on a man named Train Heartnet who withdrew from an elite group of assassins called the the Chronos Numbers to become a Sweeper (a bounty hunter).

Chronos rules one third of the world's economy through underground control of almost every kind of business. To maintain the balance of the world, Chronos is essential, and therefore, there is the need to have people to protect Chronos. Besides all normal erasers (assassins), there are special elite assassins with Orichalcum-made weapons called the Chrono Numbers (a.k.a Time Guardians). Chrono Numbers have their numbers engraved on their body and their weapon. There were twelve total Chrono Numbers, but when Train Heartnet, an unsurpassable shooter, decided to join Chronos in their cause, the number XIII was founded. No one that was targeted by Train Heartnet, also known as Black Cat, for bringing "bad luck", and his extremely quick movements and attacks, ever survived. The name Black Cat was the most feared among assassins.

He eventually leaves Chronos (I won't say why, its kinda important), and becomes a sweeper, of all things. He teams up with a guy named Sven, and they go around capturing criminals, living from bounty to bounty, and getting into debt 'cuz of Train's eating habits. . .

A must read, up there with Deth Noat.

I've already got the full CD. Seems to me that Craig was doing a lot of... experimentation? with his voice, trying to find out what his range was. There's liek, no screaming. D: When you start listening to most of the songs you're like "OMG, skip skip skip!!!" But, they definitely grow on you. You Are So Beautiful, Something, Let It Go, and 10 Miles Wide (strangely enough) are the ones I've been listening to the most lately. I guess its worth buying. I know I'm gonna buy it when its actually out.

EDIT TIEM: D: I just realized I didn't repost their older music videos and their myspace like I had planned. Checky the first post in a minute.

Already made a thread about this band long ago, however, its been closed, and lots of changes have been made. Ronnie, the lead singer, is gone. He's had way too many run-ins with the law, and is now currently serving four years in prison. Omar also left, unable to deal with all of the stuff going on, but he's still on good terms with the band.

Craig Mabbit, who you might remember from Bless The Fall, has replaced Ronnie for their new CD set to come out on October 21st, titled "This War Is Ours". ETF has released three music videos total, including their newest one for a song from their new album. The music videos are from newest to oldest. The last two both have Ronnie and Omar still dere. A huge shame Omar decided to leave.

What'cha think about the new sound (those who've listened to ETF before)? When they lost Ronnie, they definitely lost some of their manic energy that I enjoyed so much, but I do think the changes are for the best. Oh yeah, they are going on tour with Chiodos, and someone else... can't remember. I might actually drive the three hours to Orlando. Oh wait, no license *kills self*

My parents took away my driver's license (I dun know how I got a 32 F in Earth/Space Science :sweatdrop:), so I couldn't go out and buy it today like I was going to. Parents realize how bad I want it, so they said no. I'm ready to start stealth assassinating my family members. DOWNLOAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll edit this with my thoughts later.

O_O Hmm... So now we're going to use the specific prompt? Alright, I might be able to think of something. I'll just post the SS I already started on outside of the competition. I tried tying it in with the prompt, but it came out kinda lame. I'll just think up an entirely new idea. *Ish excited*

EDIT: Are we going to post the stories in this thread, or just post them in the Original Work section and then provide a link?

:sweatdrop: Didn't know all three of you did that... Yeah, shouldn't have volunteered anyone without knowing what I was talking about. Oh wellz, since this is the first month, we'll just see what happens. Surprisingly enough, I've already got my idea for the story. Just typing it... meh.
