More abusable on arena. Probably that's why. And HERO, Hero, one dog, we have way too many Hero themed cards in game.
Maybe make them pseudo-Gemini monsters, that gain their effects by being targeted by "Hero Contract". Maybe don't make another HERO archetype? As for "Hero Contract" rather that having to discard card, have the same condition as with "RUM Astral Force", when you get to add it instead of normal draw.

No. You don't have right to make unreasonable broken cards within existing archetypes. They have right to do anything. If they want they will add errata to every single existing HERO card that make them super trash, or add more support that will make them super broke. But they have right to it, you kinda don't.
Notice that its name was changed to Sephylon to make him less offensive, pointing at concept in religion rather than religion itself.
Also another example is when you made that other Lightsworn custom (and presented other Evil HERO customs) when you didn't wanted to listen to what I had to say, giving me very weak arguments. But now when I suddenly started being harsh it seems that it gets to you.
