@ Repliku - ... write an essay? Oh no, don't misunderstand. She got sent to the realm of fanfiction, where fan-fiction is reality. >: } In other words, she has to act out 750, 000 words of fan-fiction. Like Fan-Fic Axel said, it's gonna be really tough on her given the Genre and rating... Imagine who else might get what punishment.

@ Pika_power - PLEASE don't do something like that unless the post is on the same page that everyone else is on. It's rather inconvient. Had Repliku not mentioned it, I wouldn't have noticed you'd already mentioned charges and whatnot. :\

@ Twilight Night - She only got off that easy because she didn't kill anyone or anything. Certain people won't be that lucky if the prosecution does their job right.

    IC -

The judge looked at Stitch and raised his eyebrows. Grabbing the experiment by the nape of his neck, he opened a nearby cage and tosses him into it.

"Now, no more mischief," he said, chidingly. "and you won't be able to break those bars either. Not even a black hole can put a dent in them."

Turning toward the new prosecutor, he frowned as the bailiff and prosecutor had already gotten off on the wrong foot.

"We can't have this, now can we...? Quite the unfair advantage you have there, Mr. Mewtwo. I'm sorry, but I cannot allow it." he said tapping his gavel lightly as a shiny metallic circle with a purple gem materialized on the pokemon's forehead.

"I'm sorry to have to limit you to this, and I'm sorry for any bad memories it may bring up, but that on your head is a Psycho-Repressor. With that on, you cannot use PokeMon attacks, nor read minds... frankly, all you can do is project your thoughts as per normal, and weak forms of telekinesis. You won't be able to lift anything heavier than half of your weight..."

    He coughed before continuing.

"As I said, I am sorry, but I cannot allow you to continue without the aforesaid measures in place. It's much more appropriate than everyone having to wear psychic dampeners. Also, you won't be needing any other powers than your intellect so it shouldn't be that much of a problem."

OOC - Honestly, I've had this planned for a while... And I couldn't have a better bailiff for it. XD
Also, my net went wonky just now. It's like it was trying to stop me from posting the verdict.

    IC -

The judge stood up majestically, radiating a warm glow as he spun the mallet in his hand like a baton, as sparks started sprinkling out of the edge.

"I am now ready to pass judgement."

Glancing at the defendant, he continued.

"Ms. Larxene, on the charges of Attempted Murder, Child Abuse, Coercion and Attempted Criminal Damage, I find you..."

    GUILTY!

With that he slammed the gavel, and something most peculiar happened. Larxene poofed in a cloud of white smoke. After the smoke cleared, in her place, was a card. On that card, was an animated Larxene.

"I hereby sentence you, Larxene, for your crimes, to 750, 000 words of K-Rated, Friendship Genre Fan-Fiction, effective immediately."

He then turned towards the bailiff.

"Bailiff, make sure that card reaches it's destination, which would be the Realm of Fan-Fiction. She will serve her sentence there."

The judge facepalmed again and shook his head.

"Since the opposition is currently incapacitated, I'm afraid I'm going to have to proceed. Now, normally, I'd be ready to pass judgement at this time, but " - he eyed the Pikachu - "I'm worried about the prosecution. Is your partner going to be okay, Mr. Birdman?"

OOC - Pika_power, you have no idea the kind of post I had written up just now. You just saved yourself.

@Twilight Night - The only reason I asked that back then was because having to sit through an appeal would be way longer. And... I seriously don't think you want to go through an appeal like this.

    The judge blinked.

"Huh, what? Sorry. I'll do so now."

"... If memory serves me right, Riku Replica kept attempting to murder the original Riku while he was still in possession of his memories, then during the events where he believed himself to be Riku, he did not, then after regaining them, went back to trying to kill him, and eventually died at his hands." the judge said, miffed. "Hate to say it, but he was alot more productive when he wasn't himself, don'tcha think? Oh wait, scratch that, he tried to kill Sora instead of Riku at that time. And was then Mind-Crushed by Namine. Right..."

    He coughed before continuing.

"Your logic is flawed. He'd have died at Riku's hands whether or not he had his mind wiped or not. The mind wipe is not the cause of his death, nor did it make him go insane, but his irrational hatred towards his original is at fault."

He paused, and cracked his neck before continuing.

"Sadly 'keeping someone sealed unconcious' doesn't entail bodily harm, grievious or otherwise. Sora over there can attest to that. Anyway, if that was their intent, they would get attempted kidnapping. Alas, since there is no clear way to show, nor defining evidence, that they did, in fact, attempt to murder Xemnas, they cannot obtain an attempted murder charge."

He cleared his throat, and looked the pokemon square in the eyes.

"Are we clear on this, Mr. Power?"

The judge looked around one last time before speaking.

"So... we're all agreed with this, right? The charges are okay with everyone, and no more random outbursts, right? RIGHT?" he asked, raising his gavel in one hand, looking as though he was going to throw it at the next person who objected. He wasn't going to though. The court needed a recess; everyone, including the audience, were at their wits end. Except the Pikachu, though. Said Pikachu was looking more and more like the Energizer Bunny with each passing second. The judge rubbed his eyes. He could have sworn the Pikachu had turned pink for a second there. He looked around, waiting for the response of the attorneys.

OOC - Cookie to anyone who spots the vague anime reference in my post.

    The judge cleared his throat.

"If it pleases you, I will rewrite the aggravated assault charge as attempted murder, if you deem it so serious. However, I cannot charge her with the coercion of Riku Replica when his Guardian felt that it was in Riku Replica's best interests to have this happen. Vexen's and Riku Replica's attitude toward the act was the same attitude a parent and child would have towards said child having an injection at a doctors office. Do you understand my point of view on this, Mr. Birdman?

    So therefore :

1 Count of Attempted Murder (Sora)
3 Counts of Child Abuse (Sora, Namine, Repliku)
2 Counts of Coercion (Sora, Namine)
1 Count of Attempted Criminal Damage. (Sora)"

OOC - The last charge, I changed because I felt that the other one didn't work as well. Had I known about this other charge, I'd have gone with it from the beginning. Treat it as the same charge.

The judge slammed his head on the desk.

"Uuugh... Mr. Power. I can't believe you're making me do this..."

He then pulled out a cell-phone, and dialed a number before placing it to his ear.

    "You heard everything, right? ..."
    "..."
    "... wait, wha-"
    "..."
"... interesting... so even without it, the charge can't exist?"
    "..."
"Fascinating. Also wonderful. We can kill two birds with one stone."
    "..."
    "... I see. Thank you."

He then turned to the Pokemon.

"With or without Mr. Xemnas's letter, there is no Attempted Murder Charge. The possibility of them doing so does not exist. I quote my legal aide. 'Attempted murder is only the planning of a murder and acts taken towards it, not the actual killing, which is the murder.' The steps taken by the defendant, Mr. Power, were not to murder Xemnas, but to overthrow the Organization. Had their plan come to fruition, they'd have been charged with manslaughter, if Xemnas had been killed in the attempt. But it did not even get to that point."

    He then coughed before continuing.

"At the request of the majority, there will be no further deliberation on this topic. The charges stand as follows:

1 Count of Aggravated Assault (Sora)
3 Counts of Child Abuse (Sora, Namine, Repliku)
2 Counts of Coercion (Sora, Namine)
1 Count of defacing private property. (Sora)

Now, though I'm afraid to ask this, are there any further problems with the charges as they are now? Also, note that the Xemnas murder thing will not be accepted as an excuse to further prolong this trial" - The judge glared daggers at the yellow pikachu at this point - "and evidence must be presented to contest the charges at hand."

    He awaited the others' responses.

OOC - Hellz no, I don't want a seizure. XD Try an alternate game mechanic or something.

The judge frowned at the pokemon.

"... I never said he would charge them in his own Court. I said -MOST LIKELY-." the judge said, tossing the bottle into a nearby garbage. "Are you accusing me of perjury, Mr. Power?"

And in response to the pokemon's first question, he added.

"Also, are you somehow implying that you support the theft of one's home? Granted the situation, I'm sure Xemnas can legally reobtain his home at any time."

The judge finally snapped and threw a rock at the PokeMon Prosecutor.

"Weren't you paying attention? All Xemnas did was ask THIS court to drop the charges. Most likely, the charges aren't going to be dropped per-se, they're just going to be tried in a different court, namely Xemnas's, using different methods. If their Superior, Xemnas, wishes to take responsibility for their actions and try them himself, we cannot deny him that right! That would be as aghast as trying to try Ursula for attempted murder, whilst King Triton wished to do it himself. It's like fighting over who gets to place the blame on whom. Non-sensical, irrational and redundant."

Erkz, disgruntled, and annoyed at himself for having burst out like that, grabbed a bottle of Pepsi from the ice-box under the bench, and downed it in one go.

    The judge sighed before answering.

"The only one I see throwing anything is Goofy."

The judge chuckled, then looked the Pikachu dead in the eyes.

"Is that so? It is up to the Guardian to decide what's best for the person he has legal custody of. None of his rights were violated. Clearly, Vexen voiced his opinion that it was in Riku Replica's best interests."

"... Beware the mind-taker, Birdman. Child Abuse is the physical, mental or sexual abuse of a minor. Which would encompass assault. Which would make adding aggravated assault a redundant charge." the judge stated flatly, raising his eyebrow at the prosecution.

  16. Erkz
    The judge looked up.

"After reviewing the charges and the evidence..." he started, looking at the notes he had been making. "I'm going to have to drop a few charges. Child Abuse constitutes and includes assault against children, hence all counts of aggravated assault will be dropped. Also, the attempted murder charge will be dropped, as, Ms. Larxene's opponent was clearly not in his right mind, and struck first, as portrayed by this evidence here -

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2zLFhbfzdQI

    - Thirdly, one count of Coercion will be dropped, as Repliku is a minor, and, his legal Guardian, Vexen, agreed to the decision. A lapse on your part, Prosecution. And lastly, the charge of theft will be replaced with defacing private property, as she had not intended to keep it for herself, but to destroy it."

He cleared his throat before continuing.

    "The charges hereby stand at:

3 Counts of Child Abuse (Sora, Namine, Repliku)
2 Counts of Coercion (Sora, Namine)
1 Count of defacing private property. (Sora)"

He looked around the courtroom once more before continuing.

    "Any disagreements?"

Nope, that's wrong. There is no MSET for that mushball Roxas. No MSET means no Animations. No animations means no animations to rewrite Sora's with. :\

Now before anyone takes that picture the wrong way, [Most likely, they already have] this code is highly experimental, and only works under VERY, SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES. Normally, I hate codes that are this random, but I want to at least say it's possible to play as Cloaked Roxas. There are craploads of drawbacks, and the code itself is a pain to hack and extremely long, but yes, on emulator, it's possible to play as Roxas. This has NOT been tested on PS2 yet, and I HIGHLY DOUBT it will work.
