The judge facepalmed so hard he left a bright pink palmprint on his face.

"Miss Larxene, this is unacceptable! You cannot make light of this court in such a manner and expect to be excused. Now control yourself and allow court proceedings to continue as normal or I'll have you charged with contempt of court on top of the charges you already face!" he said sternly, a vein in his head throbbing. As an afterthought, he also added, "And you can't fire your Attorney in the middle of court proceedings. You're going to have to wait until the days proceedings are completed to do so."

He looked around at the Attorneys and Prosecutors and then sighed.

"So Ms. Larxene, what will you do?"

    He then turned to Harvey.

    "... I suppose a crime is a crime. I don't see why they shouldn't be chargeable."

OOC - I'm still debating that penalty thing. If I wipe them clean after each person, there's a chance that they'll screw up a little more often than they should. However, if I don't wipe them clean, there's more incentive for them to 'not screw up at all costs'. Which, in turn, would make the RP more fun. Bah, we'll see when Larxene's done.

Also, Pika and Birdman are a team. o_O They should be cross-examining together, as a team.

OOC - You misunderstand. Anything against Sora is already proven. You were asked to support your claims about Repliku, which you did. You also claimed that Namine could feel lonliness, which she technically should not. You were merely asked to prove the existance of anomalies. Which you did. Unless, of course, Xelax can disprove your claims. He's welcome to try, of course. o_o

The judge frowned. Xelax had a point. If the Birdman wanted charges to stick, the Birdman would have to see his claims through to the end. And that meant providing solid, practical evidence.

"Birdman, your opponent has upped the ante. To continue along this track, you're going to have to present evidence supporting your claims... Prove your claims sucessfully, and the charges will stick, and we can move along. Fail, and you will be penalized, and your charges will not stick." the judge said, looking over at the prosecution.

"It's your call. For great justice."

OOC - I just realized we're on 39 pages and still on Larxene. o_O

I can tell what was done on PS2, and what was done via emulator in the video just by looking at it. There's nothing to contradict Evil's statements in there.

... I do remember Zexion possibly working on PS2 though, but I'm not sure...

Either way, it's not going to be a simple task to play as the bosses on PS2. :\

The judge frowned and bit his lip. Other than degrade the Defendant even further, and perhaps morally admonish her, the Prosecution's cross-examination had yielded little new information that was actually related to this case.

He sighed, and leaned back, waiting for the Defendant's responses.

After a strange brainstorming session, Antiweapon and I came up with this. The light and dark mod.

We haven't ported it yet, but hopefully we will soon. XD

    Enjoy the vid.

"Well, since both members of the prosecution seem to agree on this, I will consider the prosecution's earlier statements retracted." he said, nodding. With a chuckle, he added, "At ease, Mr. Xelax. You can be rest assured that if anyone needs to be penalized in this courtroom, they will be."

He then scratched his chin and then looked at the Prosecution.

"If I remember correctly, a defining feature of the Nobodies is that they can display, and react as though they have emotions, but they do not, in actuality feel them. This is due, in part, to the memories of the emotions they felt as a somebody. You will do well to remember this, Mr. Power."

He then leaned on his hands, awaiting the Prosecution's revised statements, and the Defense's rebuttal of them. Quite an interesting case this was...

OOC - ... Damn, remind me never to post a judge post while sleepy. I completely missed that she didn't bullet it. :\
Er... Also, Repliku, you made Harvey jump Xelax's gun. It's the defense's witness. And even though ICSP's not here, it's still kinda unfair... :\

Sora. Cloud works in theory, but something on the PS2 stuffs it up before a battle. Never gave a thought towards Herc though. :\

The Judge cracked his neck before speaking.

"That was a most interesting testimony. Nobodies can get 'pissed off'? Who knew." he said, amused, before turning to Pika_Power.

"I do supposed the Cross-Examination can begin now, however, the Witness currently on the stand is the Defense's, and as such they have first-preference."

He then turned to the defense.

    "Your Cross-Examination, please."
