Well all I can say is use Dispel magic on Ashe, find some sort of equipment which is resistant to those kind of things or wait for it to wear off.

The auto-levelling trick for FF12 is awesome, I got my weak secondary party up to level 60 or so before I quit.

Well I just used a walkthrough O.O. The only time I've had to use the thing was auto levelling my characters and I don't consider that cheating.
