To answer your question Hyuge, it depends if everyone's interested. I want the players to sign off on it because criticism can be tough to take, especially in a game like this.

To confirm in an official capacity: The Bulletproof Vest is not triggered (lol) manually, it is a passive boon to the player who has one. And yes, only one player has one.
