Even if that was a true picture, you can't seriously expect the government to broadcast the picture of a shot-up corpse on the evening news as proof. One would assume that it has been proven before it had been officially released in a press conference by the American president. Now, I'm not saying to immediately believe that they're telling the whole truth; heck, I'm not 100% persuaded either. But they can't really give the public media much more proof other than "it has been proven by scientists and the millitary", etc. They can't really give out a legitimate DNA test result willy nilly to the public.

I have to agree. Although I understand that the news of his death may come as a relief, I don't consider it a happy occasion. To be honest, I would have preferred that he had spent the rest of his life in jail. Either way, I don't see a real reason to be necessarily partying. I wouldn't be surprised if we were to see retaliation from the remaining members of Al Qaeda because he was killed instead of him dying from natural causes, which he was expected to soon. Long story short, it's just not all good news.

I watched the first Act on Saturday as well, and finished it yesterday. The scene with Commander Up sitting on Bug's lap = the funniest StarKid scene I think ever. XDDDDDD I could hardly breathe.
    And also:

    I melted. CCCCC: *flails*

I never thought of Jason Flemming (that's definitely not how to spell it, but whatevs) as a movie actor, but I looked at his IMDb page, and he was in the Curious Case of Benjamin Button (which I haven't seen), and Clash of the Titans (which I also haven't seen), and he's going to be in the new X-Men movie. :/8D:

Hanna was awesometastic, by the way. 8D

It's not. I was just counting the beats to see if it was the song you were talking about. c:

I HAVE TO TELL YOU; I just got back from seeing the movie Hanna, and Danny was in it. 8D Primeval Danny. With facial hair. He looked a lot better than he does with his Primeval side-burns. xD And pleeeeaaaase tell me you're watching Starship.

At first I was like "wut", and then I realized it was in 7/4 time, and then I was like "8D".

But I will refrain from posting in yellow in this thread. c:

And I thought the Queen looked adorable. The ladies on The View were criticizing her choice of yellow, and I was all like "OH NO THEY DINT". :B|:

Nuuuuuu. :c Yellow is amazing. Yellow cannot hurt someone's eyes. It can do no wrong. EVERYONE MADE FUN OF THE QUEEN FOR WEARING YELLOW, BUT THEY WERE JUST JEALOUS. :/8D:

Your blue text in my sig is throwing off my yellow scheme. D8

We're playing Mars from Holst's The Planets, and most of it is in 5/4 time.
Except the arrangement that we're playing doesn't sound that epic because it's being played by a high school concert band infested with freshmen. B|

Yeah, I'll work on that. :3

I wish we could play songs in 7/4 time in band. But because the band is all grades, we're stuck with what seems like painfully simple songs. :< The Grade 9s can't even count properly in 5/4 time. "You just count five beats instead of four" means nothing to them.

I wouldn't be so "meh" about it if the news stations hadn't reported each day on the hats that they'd be wearing. Holy gosh darn, they annoyed the novelty right out of it.

"Royal Wedding Coverage begins 3am." I think not.

I quite like the Saw series, even though I haven't seen all of them (I think I've only actually seen 5 and 6). The parts with the detectives trying to catch Jigsaw are pretty tedious, but the actual "game" is what I watch for. I love psychological thrillers, and even though the Saw movies aren't necessarily profoundly thought-provoking, I still love that moment of "AH SHIII- what are they going to do now?".

Happy Feet. I don't know why, but it seems like whenever I mention Happy Feet, at least IRL, everyone goes "oh, that movie was stupid", or "I hate that movie." :< I happen to quite enjoy tap dancing (if I am to ever take up a style of dance, it will without a doubt be tap), the music was great, the cast was impressive, and penguins are freakin adorable. So it's all good in my books.
