I tried to have you come on your own but your friend doesn't like me. So looks like we are doing it my way." He moved his eyes to Neji. "You aren't going to like me after this." A blade then appeared in his hands. "It's name is Eternal Shadow one of the Blades Of Power. It gives me the powers of anyone who I cut. I once faced a man who could turn himself completely into smoke." The man's body began to emit a white smoke that filled the room in seconds. The man was then gone but his voice came from everywhere. "See what I mean" His hand then appeared out of the smoke and grabbed Terra's shoulder.

With just a touch the man had complete control over Terra. He began to get rid her memories and place his own. "The world hates you Terra, they are afraid of your power. You been alone all your life the only friend you had is me. You are not afraid of anyone expect me for they are only ants to you.
You will destroy anyone who gets in are way or they will destroy you. You need me Terra and I need you. Stand by me Terra and you will have anything you desire. You will not betray me Terra, I saved your life and without me you would be alone." It was done she was his.

It was only a second in real time and the man reappeared in the spot he was when he appeared and the smoke faded away. "Terra how do you feel?" He asked as he smiled. Her memories could return in time but by then she would serve his and his friend purpose.

Question is this before the end of time? Can he fire energy from his hands and is he always hungry? Or is this the normal timelord Master?

He then appeared on this space station and was thrown in jail seconds later by Cosmos guards. Then even took away his weapons, his custom sniper rifle, his twin swords, and even his pistol. He still gad his knife hidden in his shoe but he doubt he could killed them all with it, but 10 would go down. "Release me or charge me with a crime!"
