As long as a shred of reasonable doubt exists, I cannot pass final judgement." He leaned on his arm and awaited the inevitable testimony.
OOC - ICSP claimed that Namine was the one doing the manipulating. He failed to prove this.
OOC - Welp, from Namine's testimony, they were manipulating her to manipulate Sora. And since the Defense couldn't prove otherwise, both have been proven to be true. :\
"Though somewhat out of turn, Ms. Witness, you are right." the Judge said to Namine. He sighed and looked at the Defense. "All you've done is prove that the use of Dark Corridors is taxing to one's heart. A heart which a Nobody OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT HAVE. Consider yourself penalized." With that, the Judge slammed his gavel. !!!!! "One strike. Four more and you'll be joining the audience on this case Mr. Xelax. I pray you don't screw up again. Now, can we proceed with the charges against the Defendant?" He bid Namine to return to her seat before he turned to the Prosecution. "And the next charge against the defendant is...?" OOC - I had to come up with the penalization system on my own, basing it off the ones from AA1 and 3. The only way to punish an attorney is to remove them from the case and/or declare a verdict that is not in their favor. However, since there are two representatives for each side, I can't do the latter unless both fall. So I'm going to have to do the former. This system applies to the prosecution as well. Such a display will not be tolerated on your parts because you're the ones who're pressing the charges. So no pointless flailing about, okay? Also, I'll be the one keeping record of the 'health' of each player, so don't trouble yourself too much. Just keep in mind that if you screw up too badly, things will not work out in your favor.
The judge looked harshly at Zexion. "... You are out of turn, Mr. Defendant. Namine is a witness, and as such, will be treated as one. Speak out of turn again and you'll be held in contempt of court. I can assure you, you do not want that to happen."
OOC - For someone aspiring to be like Kristoph, Xelax is doing a fairly good job, just... well, Kristoph is a man for evidence. Now if he had picked a better role model, he might have noted something that would've helped him... Then again, I'm the judge, so... :P The judge frowned. "Mr. Xelax, I'm afraid Mr. Birdman is right. In a court of law, the only thing that matters... is evidence. Surely your mentor taught you at least that much. So far your drivel has been less than Phoenix Wright worthy. Even he manages to get evidence from somewhere. If you continue this line of thinking without presenting substantial proof of your claims, I'm going to have to penalize you." He then turned to the Pikachu. "My name is Erkz, after my father, who was also named after his father. I hope that satisfies you."
OOC - o.o His suit does look like Clock King's... just white. :D The judge began to doze off, his face slipping off of his hand. The jolt reawoke him however, and he sighed. The defense had better have a good reason for making him wait so long. And after he'd hurried to the court-house too.

Dun-dun-duuun... *Plot twist.* Just then, the double doors slammed open, and a tall young man in a white suit wearing a slanted silk top hat whose brim hid the top of his face briskly walked in, hastily putting on a black robe - A robe of the same type as the one the judge was wearing, as his hard-soles shoes clacked on the floor. He walked up to the judge's stand, sat down, and slammed the gavel down, hard. After then clearing his throat, he began to speak. "It is most regrettable to inform the court that my father, the previous judge, will not be returning to this courtroom due to medical complications. However, he thoroughly wishes this case to be seen through, and as such requested that I take his place. He has already briefed me with the details of the case, and where both parties stand, and everything else that deals with the case, so I do hope that I may be found to be a suitable replacement..." the young man said in a confident voice. "However, his comment about being wary of anthropomorphic animals confuses me, so I shall ignore that for now, as it seems to have very..." He broke off when he noticed Pika_Power, Donald, Goofy, and the others. "... my word, what has father gotten me into this time..." he muttered under his breath. After everyone had returned to their places, he took off his silk hat and, resting it down nearby, the wire-framed glasses-wearing brown haired lad spoke again. "The recess is now over, court will now reconvene for the trial of Organization XIII, currently at number XII, Larxene. Defense, I believe that before the recess, the witness required proof that she could in fact use Dark Corridors at the time in question, and that there was a specific reason that she did not at the time. A lack of proof at this time shall result in this line of questioning being thrown out, so I do hope you have some evidence to support your case." Propping his face on his fist, he looked expectantly at the Defense.
