OOC - Devising charges is the prosecution's job, lad. But I was thinking character by character also, starting from Roxas. It makes sense, and is much more manageable that way. Let's hear what the others have to say.
OOC - ... It may just be me, but does anyone else get the feeling that this trial is a bit haphazard? I say we stop and rethink this a bit. Randomly calling witnesses and prosecuting multiple defendants at the same time for multiple charges isn't going to work out.
The judge sighed. "Which is why, Ms. Janexna I asked the Prosecution to substanciate their claims." the judge said, slightly annoyed. "However, one would think that this court is attempting to bite off more than it can chew, so I suggest we take things one step at a time for now." The judge then looked toward the prosecution. "That depends on whether you can prove this or not. Please, proceed with your first charge, supporting evidence, and or witnesses."
OOC - While true, they're still debating the charges, and a witness has yet to be called.
The judge blinked in confusion. Again. "No one's denying the fact that a keyblade, is indeed a weapon, Ms. Janexna." the judge said, shaking his head. "However, the one on trial is not the Keybearer, but your clients. Please keep that, and the charges laid against them, in mind. Unless you can prove that the keyblade has some relevance as to the justification of their actions, I'm going to have to ask you to stop pursuing this line of thinking." The judge looked at her expectantly, waiting on a response.
The judge scratched his chin, obviously perplexed about something. Frowning, he looked toward the prosecution. "All's well and good with your charges... but, do you have evidence or witnesses that prove that the defendants did, in-fact, commit those crimes?" The judge then blinked, waiting for an answer. OOC - Sorry, sorry, I didn't see anyone posting so I went to do other stuff, then I got back and saw this.;-;
The Judge nodded, acknowledging the Defense's statement. He then turned to face the prosecution and waited expectantly, a pregnant pause in the air.
"Are the Defense and Prosecution ready to proceed?"

Er... why does everyone think that the Light Portal was some sort of Princess Power gimmick? I mean, obviously, since there are corridors of darkness which can be travelled through, there should be corridors of light, right? I mean, Mickey did say that they can't exist without the other... I think that's why Riku pointed at Sora in the ending. He knew how Corridors of Darkness worked, having used them himself, and as such noticed some similarities between them. Possibly it was Sora's desire to see Kairi again that allowed him to open the Corridor of Light.
