"Don't worry Master Midarah, I will behave! Besides it will be fun, they like me!" She insisted as she looked around. It had been a long time since she had last stepped foot inside this building. She had been back a couple times since they gave her over to the Divine Rose Guild, to check up on her and such. They worried for the first year how things were going, and now they didn't seem to care as much. That being said they showed up that day at her mission and Thea wasn't sure if that had anything to do with her. She wished she had been awake for that, but at least she could figure things out now, and Master Midarah was there just in case she had done something wrong, and on the off chance they were mad at her.

Everette gave a sad smile as he hugged Renza back. "We will visit I promise." But he wasn't so convinced that he wanted her to join the guild. While he enjoyed the guild life it could get dangerous and he didn't like the idea of young people joining unless they had to. He was one of the situations that didn't have a choice when joining young, like many of the people who were in the guild, but he wouldn't encourage it. After all Renza had a family here, people to take care of her, she had a life waiting for her here, why would he want that to be taken away from her to live a life of working on sometimes dangerous tasks because it offered the jewels needed to pay rent the following week. He wouldn't speak up against anyone however. "But in the meantime I think your help is needed here. People are still recovering and need someone strong to support them." He told her patting her head.

Fighting heartless while protecting people was nothing that Aislinn was unfamiliar with, but it didn't mean she liked it. It was so much easier when everyone was already safe and it was her, other soldiers and towns guard and the heartless. This was just chaos, but familiar chaos. Too familiar, it started to churn her stomach to think about. Without thinking about it she touched a pendant that she wore around her neck and a light shined around her, before fading, leaving her in a slightly different outfit, a cape now flapping behind her, pinned to the back of her left shoulder. There was a grim familiarity about the outfit, but her job here and back home were not too different from each other, it felt rather appropriate to be wearing this outfit now, even if this wasn't her official job.

Jumping into the fray once more, she brought her keyblade around and down onto one of the heartless nearby, continuing to try and take out the same heartless she was fighting last time. The big guys could wait for the time being, she would handle these first, just get the whole thing out of the way if she could. When numbers were down then there would be more chances for people to find safety. There wasn't enough of them to break off and usher civilians out, she had to leave it up to the people to find their own way out, even if that thought hurt her. She would rather have the knowledge that someone was right there keeping them safe, but with no such luck at this time, she just had to push herself a little harder to make sure that everyone was safe instead. She had strength enough to see it through now, even then she managed to save countless lives, there was nothing standing in her way of protecting people if she just played things smart.

That certainly was not the greeting that Tinarah wanted to hear. She couldn't even be bothered to roll her eyes before entering the house with the others. She could only watch as Chrono walked over and collapsed on the couch. She felt bad for him but didn't know what to do to help. Maybe hot chocolate... and food. She needed food more than anything. "We... are fine." It was more of an off handed comment towards Boreas as she passed heading towards the kitchen where she knew that she could make some food for everyone.

There was limited food that Tinarah would allow herself to make. Her hands shook far too badly for her to trust herself with a knife. Something easy like toast would do just fine. Toast and Hot Chocolate before resting might be the best idea for them for the time being. Tinarah was silent in the kitchen, just trying to keep herself busy. Her stomach hurt, she felt dizzy, she still could feel the sting of the burns from the magic that the crazy clown used, but Tinarah didn't want to wait for others to dote on her. Chrono certainly couldn't, it was unfair to Take, and Torrin and Boreas didn't like her. She could at least do this for herself, and everyone else.

Noticing Arctus looking at the time, Karina spared a glance at her hand. Shit. They were almost out of time. There was a fire that burned now in Karina, not out of anger for the time she wasted fighting Arctus but a fire burning leading her to what she knew she had to do. No more playing nice and having a friendly spar, there was something that she had to do, a battle that she must win. Through a blitz of upper cut attacks she broke through Arctus' already failing defenses. She then turned around kicking him back making him stumble enough that she could move in close, bringing her keyblade up to his neck, her shoulder near up against his. "Sorry but I couldn't let you win. I have failed enough, now there is a promise I have to keep and I couldn't let anything stand in my way. Not even you." She whispered into his ear, holding her ground for another minute or two until she was certain that her victory in hand.

Stepping back she looked at Arctus the fire in her eyes still burning.
"I can't say I remember the last time I saw through one of my promises. Sorry that I couldn't have talked more or helped more, but I am sure you see it as well as I do now. I don't belong with Lea's little crew, I belong with the goody-two-shoes on the other side. I can't say I know how that happened, but I hope you understand, and forgive me." She told him before turning around looking towards the area around her not sure what to do now.

"Hey whoever is running this, where the hell are you? We finished!" She called out, anxious to see how she did in the entire fight, see if she was indeed good enough to be a master, or if this entire fight was just to give her a false sense of confidence. She didn't know if she could keep herself from shattering completely if it turned out to be the latter of the two.

"I. I um. I didn't mean. Oh who cares." Karina didn't feel like trying to defend herself like this. She didn't know how to tell him what was going on in her mind. She didn't know what was going on in her mind. As Karina spun on her heal, moving away from an attack and opening herself for another attack on him she flashed him a smile. "Not magic." She retorted remembering once again how he did not know much about the keyblade and what you can do with it. "While magic is like your gravity or my fire, this is simply a trick, and ability of the keyblade." She explained to him before deciding it was best to put it away. "But if you don't want me to use them I will lay off. I won't make you suffer what I did to Beuce last battle." There was a small amount of light to her eyes when she mentioned him, like she really did miss him. Somewhere along the line he came to support her more than anyone she knew in her life. What he did for her brought back and showed her that she mattered. She shook this feeling quickly however as needed to focus as she barely tried to dodge one of his attacks only to be caught in the arm. Another attack contacted before Karina manage to get her rhythm back and blocking a few more before ducking under the last one, sweeping a leg around trying to take Arctus out with a trip attack.

"We- Uh. We..." Damn it she didn't know how to respond. It took her a very long time to consider the SoS group as friends, she wasn't easily going to say that Arctus was her friend, but she didn't know what he was. She had kissed him for goodness sake, what did that mean? Her mind was confused and she tried to focus on the battle. "We are... but I owe you nothing. I owe them everything and I made a promise." She finally managed to get out between blows. Why it was so hard to say, Karina couldn't explain, but she at least had to try and explain it to him. Surprisingly this time there was no harshness behind her words, she wasn't trying to hurt anyone, she was just trying to figure things out herself.

Arctus then let out another thought that was less confusing but caused her to roll her eyes.
"You would lose too you idiot." Thankfully he actually tried to fight, throwing himself at her with his own attacks. Karina brought her keyblade up and deflected. He pushed her back a little bit and Karina used the momentum to continue jumping backwards before cloaking herself in a barrier as she launched herself back at him trying to get another solid hit on him. She didn't understand how this battle was supposed to end, but she needed to keep fighting, maybe try and knock him out, but nothing deadly, that was where she drew her line. When it was a data version it was fine, but not when she would have to hurt him... Arctus, the man who followed her around like a lost puppy but made her feel like a regular person too. She had to leave, she had to go back and join the SoS, but she wasn't going to do it without a bit of regret for leaving people like Arctus.

Walking in the room Karina discovered that Arctus was her final opponent. He barely knew anything about the keyblade, this fight would be easy. All this and she expected something a little more exciting. Here she was listening to Arctus ramble. Glancing down at her timer, they only had ten minutes left. He barely finished talking before Karina launched an attack at him, rushing forward and using a combo to knock Arctus in the air then trying to hit him to the ground. "Agreed no magic. Lets get this done, no formalities, we don't have time." She said, the light in her eyes draining slightly by seeing the final fight. She now just wanted to get this done because no longer was this data replica's but this was a real fight with someone that she could really hurt.

"Look I have to get back to my friends. I don't belong here, I know that know so I won't let you stand in my way." Karina tried to tell Arctus as an apology for launching herself at him and not bothering to talk or even really listening to his rant. Karina took on a strong offense and trying to keep him back and on defense, if she could do that maybe she could finish this quickly.

Two left, two more to go. Looking up at the stairs then down to her timer, 25 minutes left. She was cutting this close. No more fooling around. Running up the stairs Karina laid eyes on her next opponent. "So you are number six are you? Never would have guessed, but it is fitting I guess, since you are the reason that I am here." It did make her wonder who would be next though. "Lets get this over with, I would rather deal with you, than this data version."

"Yeah well, you know how it goes." The white haired man said, scratching the back of his head. "Honestly I'm flattered i'm this high on the list. Don't worry, you were always a little ahead of me." Beuce summoned his two-ended keyblade and took up a stance. "But don't go falling asleep on me. It's not gonna be a free win." He started by laying down a row of seeker mines on the ground before charging toward Karina behind them.

"I won't expect it. I hope this is a bit of a challenge, unless you want Kel to upstage you." A challenge, making sure that Beuce at least tried his best. She never saw him as much of a threat, but she never had to fight him either. It was certainly going to be interesting. The magic wasn't a new thing for him, but it was something that she had to watch out for. Defense it was then, given that the seeker mines were going to... Wait, she knew exactly how to deal with this.

Dragging up memories of her skills before when she had the keyblade, she took a page out of that book, charging at Beuce while cloaked in a shield, making a way for herself to strike at Beuce, a bit of a grin on her face.

Beuce made "tsk" as she rammed her way through the mines under her barrier of light and crashed into his face. He fell backwards toward the ground, but rolled as he landed to gain distance and avoid any further immediate blows. She wasn't about to give him the leeway pull off anything with a long wind up time, so he needed to keep her busy. He called down several bolts of lightning to deter her, ideally paralyze her, and threw his keyblade in a strike raid. The moment it left his hand, he turned on his heel and ran to the other side of the room in order to gain as much distance as he could.

So he was running away a little bit, but that was okay.
"Come fight me like a real man." Karina taunted not wanting to run after Beuce constantly. Casting more magic at her, Karina wasn't able to dodge all the lightning bolts, but those that hit her only stung a little bit. She pushed forward forcing herself to take the strike raid and grit her teeth through the damage in order to close the distance between her and Beuce. "You know I learned a new trick too." A wall of fire blocked Beuce's retreat as she finished closing the distance, striking him a few more times.

Beuce skidded to a halt at the wall of flame. Well, that was kind of annoying. He held up his keyblade to block her strike and swung his glass fist to slam into her jaw. She was stronger than him close quarters for sure, but he wasn't so far behind that it wouldn't be a contest. Not to mention, she might've been able to use magic now, but that didn't mean she was as experienced in it. Whether the punch connected, she blocked it, or managed to evade it didn't really matter. He opened his fist and formed a sphere of ice and launched it out at her immediately after.

The fist nearly hit, but Karina put all her strength behind holding his new glass arm back. It felt weird she realized, even in data form feeling the glass arm in place of his real one. Trying to shake the sadness that came with the thought. The blast of ice hit her face and Karina stumbled back a few steps before managing to catch her footing.
"Well you are stronger than I remember." She mused as she returned the favour, turning around and punching Beuce back before bringing her keyblade around to strike.

Beuce gritted his teeth as her fist hit against his face. He staggered backwards, barely managing to bring his keyblade up in time to block the strikes from her keyblade. He spun around and delivered a roundhouse kick to her chest in an attempt to give him a moment of space.
"This is it, try to keep up!" He took up a stance, and cherry blossoms began to float downward. His motion was deathly still for a moment, and then he seemed to blink out of existence with a blinding flash of speed, severing all between him and Karina.

Try to keep up? Oh she was going to do more than just try. Almost at the same moment that cherry blossoms fell around Beuce, blossoms fell around Karina too as she got ready for her own power attack.
"Try? I don't need to try." She smiled a wicked smile as she felt the force pulling at her, and she gave herself over to it as she nearly blinked out of existence and appeared just past where Beuce previously was, but he too was past where she was standing. Karina found herself standing around waiting for a moment, her breaths heavy for the time being.

The cherry blossoms floated down around the two of them as they stood with their backs to each other. Beuce exhaled and gave a small smile.
"Karina?" He called back to her. "I'll see you when you get back." With that, he gave into the slash across his chest and fell forward onto the ground, leaving her with only one more test.

The words echoed through the air for a long moment, settle as the blossoms settled.
"Yes, I will see you soon. I promise." Karina whispered and turned around just to see him fade from existence. Her heart squeezed tight. Did she really miss them that much? She didn't know when or how they had become so important to her, but standing in the silence she couldn't help but think back to them. She would get back to them and she knew she was strong enough now, beating both Beuce and Kel in battle gave her that confidence. She could and would do this. Just one more set of steps and she would face the last challenge. A challenge that Karina was now walking towards, even looking forward to.

Come one, they were almost dead. This was just a game right? She could do this, she could keep going and finish off them. Two of the Golems looked a little bit worse for wear. She could handle that. Magic, she had magic and she could see the kind of damage that the magic had done before and what it could do to multiple of them. A tornado, that is what she had done before and that is what she could do again. Focusing she tried to remember how she had done it. As she started to sort out the intricacies of her magic, a tornado of water began to rise from the ground beneath them. As they were caught up in it, her eyes darted to the one that was more well of compared to the others. "You are not getting off this easily." It wasn't really a threat, or at least she wasn't trying to threaten them, what was the point? She just needed to say something, just talk. While one hand maintained the tornado of water, the other one shot out shooting a beam of water at the first Detainer golem.

Kocoum was safe... or at least as safe as she could get him considering the situation. He won't be totally safe until they managed to clear this world completely of heartless. And she knew defeating the ones around here would not be enough, they would come back, or someone leading them would come back. They wouldn't be safe until this world was completely secured, and Aislinn knew from experience that it wouldn't be as easy as just clearing what was in front of them, it was never that easy. They would come back, wave after wave. They would continue attacking until there was nothing left, until everyone was dead. There was no rhyme or reason to their attacks. There was nothing that would stop them aside from a keyblade, and even that would stop one but the next would pop up. No matter how hard she fought unless they found a source then they would keep coming, just like they did at home. It was never ending the flow of heartless and she needed to be able to deal with it here before she could ever return to her world and deal with such things there.

Aislinn's eyes scanned the grounds, looking for the chief, he was her next priority. If she could make sure that he was safe it would be good. After all she knew that they would be doing nothing for the Princess of Heart if they didn't make sure that her own father was okay. She couldn't see him on the ground with some of the other so-called savages that were there, already taken out. That was hopefully a good sign, maybe he found a place to hide, hopefully he had a place to hid. It was better that than someone taking him. If that was the case then it there would be a lot more troubles to try and deal with. As long as it wasn't the No Heart person that they left behind on the island however, she would consider it a blessing for them. Despite getting away, Aislinn could still hear his voice and he still frightened her a bit. She knew that he shouldn't, she knew that she should be able to stand tall and face him like a Keyblade Master would, but even as a master they didn't stand a chance against him. That fact alone was enough to bother her to no end.

With all this in mind Aislinn couldn't stand back anymore. She needed to do something, she couldn't fail herself or others again. There was still heartless to be dealt with, still a threat on this area that they needed to deal with to the best of their abilities. Standing around thinking of her failures was not going to get her anywhere. Shaking her head trying to keep her mind clear, Aislinn forced herself back into the battle, to fight the plants that littered the ground attacking them with no remorse. Swinging around she showed no mercy to the heartless around. She was a bit upset with herself for letting her mind wander so far from the task at hand. She was upset that she couldn't save her family and that she couldn't save the men laying on the ground around her. She was ready to just deal with it and let out everything that was bottled up out. Aislinn didn't often let herself feel anything for herself, for others sure, she would have empathy for them, but herself she shut down, she wouldn't let herself feel anything, because feelings got in the way and all that mattered was making sure her sister was safe.

"I am with you." Tinarah forced herself to stop using her brother for support, if he could hardly stand he wouldn't make it to the mansion if Chrono was in equally as bad of shape as her. There was a dull pounding in the back of Tinarah's head and she knew why, she just wished that she could hold it off a few more minutes. Tinarah slowly started to drag her feet towards Edna's, energy seeming hard to muster at this point as she looked down at her outfit. Totally ruined. Edna's nice outfit was burned and ripped and tattered. It was slightly wet from the frost of her magic coating it and from what Tinarah could tell, not recoverable. It made her feel bad that it ended up in such a shape after the work Edna put in on it, made her feel ashamed to even head back to her place, but it was the closest and safest place that they could get to right now so she dragged herself over.

Reaching the door, Tinarah leaned against the frame, just steadying herself before knocking on the door a few times and waiting. She tried to make her outfit look somewhat presentable, but there was no hiding the damage on it, or on anyone. The only consolation she had was that they won, they did what they set out to do and managed to survive. Now just to wait and see if Boreas and Torrin were alright. Tinarah didn't know why she found herself caring, but there was a part of her longing to find out, just make sure that they were alive as well. Hopefully they would defeat whatever lurked on their side and end up here too, but only time would tell if that would come to pass, time in which Tinarah planned to take a much needed rest, and eat, hoping to sate the pain in her stomach.

Kel stood there, seemingly unmoving until Karina had spoke to him. Her words clearly sparked a challenge and that spark had resulted in first a smirk and then a actual verbal response. "Alright, then show me what you can do." Kel had taken the first move and tossed his keyblade towards her. He gave chase keyblade when it had reach halfway towards its target in part of the plan slowly formulating in his head.

"Try me." Kel took the first move, so Karina took up a defense position for a moment as she tried to deflect his keyblade before bringing her knee up and trying to knock Kel back, giving herself a chance of the offense. As Kel was knocked back Karina moved forward and took up a series of quick strikes, nothing too fancy, but effective none the less.

Kel took the knee well as he was still standing and was put on the defensive when Karina begun her attack. He was able to mix in dodging and blocking the attacks and at a point his keyblade returned to his hand. Kel took a quick step back to put some space between them, then aimed it at the ground.
"Freeze!" In a surprise turn of events, Kel used Blizzaga to freeze the ground in front of Karina to literally trip her up and followed up by using her second keyblade and fired off another spell. "Thundara!"

"Magic, nice trick, but it won't get you far." Karina halted, managing to avoid both spells by not falling for the first one. She pointed her keyblade and blasted him with fire before turning back to her physical attacks. The fire had melted some of the ice along the way and she ran right behind the flames, pausing for a moment as she closed her eyes and let the area still. Next thing Kel knew she was behind him, a path of cherry petals in her wake.

Kel had managed to fend off Karina's magic attack just in time to notice that cherry blossoms falling around him and it didn't take long afterwards for him to realize what had occurred. The heavy blow was dealt and the possibility of it being a game changing hit when the sound of something hitting the ground was hear. If Karina were to look and see her handiwork, she would find that it was not Kel who had hit the ground, but a chunk of wood in his place. The real keyblade wielder was above her, his keyblade cloaked in flames for his next attack aimed for her chest.
"What about this then?" Should the attack miss, a light barrier was already forming in preparation for his next attack.

Karina jumped back just barely in time.
"What the ****?" Karina couldn't understand what had just happened. No one was that fast, how? Was this data projection really Kel, or something different entirely? There wasn't time to wonder, she had to finish this. Karina took his next attack though as it closed some of her wounds. "Sorry another new trick." She smiled launching into several attacks knocking Kel into the air, higher and higher until she jumped up after him and slammed him into the ground, figuring that soon enough his shield would be dispelled and he would take a bunch of the damage.

Kel's shield did well to take the brunt of Karina's attack up until the very end, however damage had been done. He may have managed to narrowly escape the full force of a zantesuken, his timing was slightly off and part of her attack had reached him. Between that and all of the hits Karina had just thrown at him, the effects of it all were starting her show slowly. The barrier around him had shattered and a firaga had flown out and towards Karina. It had stopped short and collided with the ground, resulting in a cloud of smoke obscuring her vision which gave Kel the perfect opportunity to run in with his fist coated in flames to punch Karina in her gut.

Once again the flames hit, but didn't do damage. Instead Karina was feeling a little better.
"Nice try Kel, but I don't have time for any more games." She informed him before unleashing another torrent of attacks, grabbing his still outstretched arm and pulling Kel forward before kicking him to the ground, pinning him there. "So was that enough?" She asked holding her keyblade to his neck just in case he wanted to fight more.

Kel had hit the ground with a soft 'thud' following the barrage of attack that Karina had thrown him. The kick had done nothing more than to cause him to groan as he was officially pinned down by her own keyblade. Not the most ideal of situations to be in and while the option to get up and continue was there, it seemed to be ill advised on the account of the keyblade currently aimed at his neck. Kel knew when he was beat and would accept his loss.
"Alright, you got me. I give."

Running close behind Pocahontas, she kept close and kept her eyes peeled at the area around them. She needed to make sure that Pocahontas was safe, at this point everyone else didn't matter, and she was sure that Kel and Luna agreed with that sentiment, after all it was Luna who warned them about Pocahontas being a princess of light. She almost hoped that it was Radcliff, it would be a good excuse to beat his face in. He was annoying to say the least and she didn't put it past him. After seeing John Smith at first the Englishmen were likely to attack over nothing. John nearly did but he was someone who they could reason with, the short conversation that they had with Radcliff was enough to tell Aislinn that Radcliff was not the same way. He was set in his ways and there was no way to try and change his mind.

As they approached the camp, Aislinn noticed that it was not the Englishmen that were attacking, but heartless! She ground her teeth as she looked at them.
"Heartless. Of course they are here too. John stay back and watch Pocahontas, don't use that thing unless you have to. It probably won't help you much and I don't want anything going off course and hurting an innocent. We have dealt with such fiends before, leave this battle to us." She instructed, trusting John enough to at least keep an eye out for Pocahontas for now.

Luna had already jumped into battle, and Aislinn didn't waste too much time following behind. While she didn't like Kocoum, she had to get the heartless away from him as well. He was innocent in all this, even if he was blaming John for a situation that had nothing to do with these worlds in general. Taking up a battle stance, Aislinn began to beat back some of the heartless, focusing on the same ones that Luna had taken out. If she could get rid of all of them it was just one less thing to worry about, even if they weren't necessarily the biggest threats in the area. While typically she opted to take them out by power level, for this taking out the lot of them seemed a little more logical, at least until she managed to get Kocoum somewhere safe, then she could worry about dealing with the rest of the heartless later.

It wasn't easy to take them out, not when they flew above her, but jumping and fighting for it, Aislinn managed to finally take out the last five of the Aerial Knockers, before turning her attention to a ship like heartless that Luna had damaged a little bit. Neither of them could take it out on their own, but if they combine some effort they might be able to lessen the threat of the bigger heartless, that one would take some time though. Using the last bit of her energy, she threw her keyblade at the battle ship before turning her attention back to Kocoum.
"Come on, I got you. Lets get you out of here." Aislinn said quietly as she began to drag him away closer to where Pocahontas and John were hiding, but not exactly to them. She didn't want to attract the heartless that way if they followed her, but she would find him some cover none the less. The next task will be to make sure that the Chief was okay. Perhaps that should have been her first goal, but it just happened to be that Kocoum was the first one she saw and thus the first one she helped.

"I am not free because I was fighti- Damn it!" The girl who he was just provoking punched his brother, who presumably had come over to help him. He was slightly proud of Jim as he punched the girl back, that was until she scared Jim half to death and hid behind him. "You know I said a chick fight. I can see where you were mistaken, but my brother isn't a chick. So I suggest you calm down..." James started to roll up the sleeves of his prison uniform and crack his knuckles. "You know I don't mind getting in a scrape, not fond of finding out what this muzzlers do, but if you want to pick a fight, lets just keep it away from my brother." Jay suggested rather casually. "And maybe away from the man... thing... with a stick up his ass." Jay motioned to Ace. As far as he was concerned Ace was boring and didn't like to have a little bit of fun.

"Why don't you go pester someone else big man. I can deal with her just fine." Jay tried to suggest to Ace before looking back to his brother. "You might want to back off, you are making yourself look like more of a target and I don't want to be fighting off everyone in this jail for you." He warned. And if they were separated he couldn't. Really he should have been teaching Jim to hold his own, but one last time defending his brother wouldn't hurt too much. He was itching for a bit of a fight anyways.
