I'm heartbroken, you changed your avatar for like the first time since I joined.
Didn't you get in a hit and run though? I vaguely remember that being a thing.
There have been some issues, but they are hit and miss and tend to not last very long whatsoever. Thing is, there is never going to be a perfect system. I understand the need to fix issues that are fixable, and I am sure that the staff are going to do that if it is possible regardless if this thread exists or not. Sometimes you can read between the lines a bit when it comes to stuff like this. If the staff are aware of a problem, you can assume they are working on it. So if the problem isn't fixed yet, it is either A: not an issue that can be fixed or B: an issue that takes some time. Especially due to this time of year, the people who VOLUNTEER to help run the site are most likely going to be a bit slower than usual as this site comes 2nd (or 3rd, 4th, etc) to family or personal off time. Due to the way the server is handled by the owner (pretty sure it shares a server with another site) you aren't really going to be able to reach any sort of perfection. This is especially true in later hours as (from what I've seen) these issues only ever occur later in the day, unless they are an outlier. Also not talking shiet here, just figured I would mention this as it is valid to the conversation. Perspective has a lot to do with problem solving. You need to keep in mind that Amaury is very (how can I put this lightly) "picky" when it comes to the details. Its very rare to find somebody who cares that much about every little detail, because of this the chances of someone keeping the sites to your standards (speaking directly to Amaury here) is slim to none. This is not due to the staff's lack of dedication, more so due to the fact that as I've already said, technology is not and never will be perfect. tl;dr a lot of this stuff is just redundancy and the staff are going to do what they can.
+1
Weird audio/video skip in the middle aside, I liked how you did this a lot better than the last time (not saying the previous one was bad, because it wasn't). Just some solid improvements overall, with some cool Kingdom Hearts related info, of course.
>Can do all sorts of magical things with computers >Can't do riddles Being me is hard lol
Lol this is still a thing? Holy cow that's awesome
On a semi unrelated note, why not just use 7zip? Not that I ever ran into many problems with winrar, but 7zip has never had any issues for me.
Walt giving a damn about his pride probably only started after he became terminally ill though. Not bashing teachers, but even he acknowledged that it was embarrassing that compared to his colleagues, he had a less "important" or respected job. Granted, Walt being ill was like the entirety of the show, but based on the setting and his reactions to his illness, the pride thing most likely only happened post-illness. Think of it as a way to gain control over one's situation. He is doomed to die, and his life was now on a timer. I'm almost sure he did all those things throughout the show as a way to maintain control over his situation. A mix of a regret of his career and dying can do that. As for the Walt vs Skyler debate. They are both in the wrong. I'm not going to say Skyler was not a victim, and I'm not going to say Walt was innocent and was only worried about his family. She got involved, chose not to go against Walt when she knew something was up, and had a part in the tragedy that is Breaking Bad. Same thing with Walt. He got cancer, became a person he may not have wanted to be (in his pre "mind break"), and eventually learned that no matter how good at something you are (or how careful) you are never really in control. To say one party was innocent vs the other is just flat out wrong (imo, I guess. Trying not to be an ass lol). It's also silly to nitpick about who is "good" and who isn't, because almost every character in that show did some messed up shiet. BECAUSE THATS HOW REAL LIFE WORKS. Yay learning.
I re watched three and a half seasons while studying for finals. And I still hate Skyler.
I already took down my M&M's that I got for Christmas.
If he is anything like my dad, he just feels bad that your family might not get to see you as much as they would want. That's just a shot in the dark though. For example my grandparents on my dad's side live in Philly which is like two and a half hours away. I know that isn't the longest drive in the world, and it is nowhere near the longest I've gone, but it is still something that takes up an entire weekend whenever we go. Most of the time I am game to go down there, because I know that they never get to see me and they like it when I'm there. However, I also know that it is important to take care of myself when I am in need of it. They may be upset in the moment when I tell them I can't go, but they understand.
You can't please everyone all the time, so if you are in desperate need of you time then by all means do it. To me there is close to no point in spending time with family if you are miserable the entire time. It doesn't do anything for you or them, and any sensible family member would understand if you need to just take care of yourself.
Happy Birthday, hope you have a good one
A lot of people are going to either be butthurt that you consider this bad, or supportive by telling you not to be hard on yourself. However, I firmly believe its people with a work ethic like this that will get far in life.
And the argument can be made that the need to change something about your life starting on a specific date is an excuse. You don't gain anything by waiting, so why wait. In most cases it's because the thing that is going to be changed requires hard work and some people don't like doing that. If you want something bad enough, you aren't going to let anything get in the way of that. Including waiting 'x' amount of days so that in lines up with the new year. Lol
The whole waiting for 2016 to change something about yourself thing is the biggest joke I've ever seen. In most cases if you are like "I'm going to change on 'x' day", you aren't going to change.
My cat is turning 18 this year.
