I'm not saying that the upgrades that are being offered in this "new" version are worth swapping out for, and I am also not saying that this is a solution/option people should go for. However, if there are improvements across the board, for the price point there really isn't another console solution that would be "worth" it.
Yeah but nobody HAS to buy this, and if people are complaining about not being able to get "x or y" features for a certain amount of money, then the unfortunate repsonse is to: A: Save your money until you can afford it or B: Stop worrying about having the latest and greatest "product" because unless you are filthy rich, you will never be able to keep up with it. This is the problem that I have with how people are reacting. Everyone is saying "aww I just spent 350-400 dollars on a ps4, and now its already outdated / i have to get a new one". I am sure you already know this, but the ps4 was outdated before it even came out, and when people like me have talked about that in the past, certain people on either side have said that having the latest and greatest hardware doesn't matter. So if that is the case, this is just a luxury PS4 that less people will be able to afford. From a consumers standpoint (not a business one, I am not saying this is a good or bad business move) this is no different than any other case of "this new expensive tech came out, and less people will be able to buy it because it is expensive". I don't see how this is news or how people are shocked and appalled by it. Welcome to capitalism.
Hilariously enough when installing unchained, I decided to play Hearthstone for the first time in a few months and now I am hooked on that instead of unchained. RIP me.

Or you could just ignore it, no? The $0.02 part isn't there for everyone. If you are capable of reading into the context of a post, which you probably are, then fantastic. If that is the case, then just ignore the $0.02 part. I don't actually see the issue here. If redundancy triggers you that hard, then I don't know what to tell you. I explained what my problem with the word "quality" is. I said that quality seems like it should be a unit of measurement, but such measurements cannot become a standard unless two people agree enough to make that work. You two don't agree on why "X" is good, implying the unit of measurement is quality. If it was "I like this vs I don't like this" there wouldn't be an issue. However when quality gets brought up, you run into problems. Think Justin Beiber vs Dream Theater. I could write a 40 page paper about why I like Dream Theater more, but if I were to say one is higher quality music than the other, I would have to somehow explain how that was measured. Things like quality can't really be measured that easily or at all in cases like this. If we were to judge both by difficulty of the songs played, or perhaps instrumental "talent" then it would be heavily skewed in Dream Theater's favor. However, what about mass popularity? Regardless of his entire fan base is younger people + Amaury, that doesn't take away from the fact that in terms of Monitary success, he kicks the **** out of Dream Theater despite their popularity, years of experience/exposure, and musical skill level. With things like that you rarely (if ever) will find an example where both sides agree on how quality is measured, so why use the word at all? <----- (that last sentence was my point btw)
Yes that one. After a while of testing (probably a year or two of it) I was put on a stable regiment of treatment and have been fine ever since. I lucked out with my cerebellum, according to my neurologist it was going back in place (at the time), and haven't had too many issues with it since. I still get awful headaches that cause neck/head pain. However, I am being treated for that every three months. All in all I've been seizure free for a while, now just gotta catch up on all that lost time. Going to school for medicine is hard enough as it is, but with memory issues, headaches, and lost time, things can get insanely stressful.
I've actually grown to hate how pointless the word quality has become amongst certain groups of people. Quality to me seems like a unit of measurement, yet due to opinions being so "abrasive" nowadays, the whole idea of the word quality seems to have no use within those said groups. If opinion dictates all there is no quality or lack there of IF those two people happen to disagree. If they are in some form of agreement then MAYBE they can discuss quality. Just my $0.02
The guy who was driving the car (during the car crash I was in) was playing electronic music, and since then I have rarely touched the genre because it is just weird. Hell even the paramedics asked me on the scene what song I was listening to, said I'd never be able to forget it. He was right.
The best of computers are never error free, as no computer is. However id always look up error codes/Ids so you can sort of get a feel as to what is really happening. If it's faulty hardware or an overheating issue, don't sleep on it. You don't really have all that much time before things can get bad. If it's strictly software related, or more commonly some form of driver issue, then you should be fine/should be able to avoid the issue with ease.
If you have an R4 I highly recommend playing "Sacred Gold or Storm Silver", they are basically hacks of the remakes but made to be more difficult, while also adding a lot of extra cool stuff. If I recall correctly you can actually legitimately catch every Pokemon without cheating or trading (may be wrong about trading, haven't played it in like 8 months). I know some people are hesitant about playing hacked Roms because they are sometimes low quality in terms of gameplay (poor graphical edits, bad scripts, etc) but both of these hacks made me feel like my entire time hacking/making codes for games was a galactic waste of time, meaning it's THAT good. Just my opinion tho, if you like harder Pokemon games (and the gold/silver ds remake) then at least give it a shot. It should work on all R4's (DS through 3DS, as I played it on my 3DS).
I am super biased because like I said the characters/concept is amazing to me, but ever since watching the Suicide Squad animated movie, I was like "they need to make this movie."
I'm just enjoying the disappointed BvS fans acting like they were really more hyped for this movie the whole time. Like at the very least they weren't THIS vocal beforehand. I feel like both movies have potential to be great, and I have been a fan of suicide squad for a while, just the concept mixed with the characters is like "yes pls" to me. I just don't remember seeing this many people have faith in it. Before BvS came out, I recall people saying it would be less good than BvS, but now its swapped. At the end of the day if the movie is like the trailers, I am going to both enjoy this as a comic fan, while it also being the best popcorn flick I've seen in ages.
No worries, in person I am super specific with how I talk, I just know that speaking with me when I am like that is more of an "acquired taste" so I generally avoid being crazy specific while on forums, but hey if people prefer it I'll do it.

You will rarely (if ever) see me say that "100% of the people act like this or that", most of the time in these posts, as well as the spamzones ones if I am talking about a group it is generally about the majority opinion. In the past I have specified, but that ended up making my already stupidly long posts take even longer to type out, and I know that some people can't be arsed to read them in their entirety as it is. Feel free to assume that I am speaking about the majority, and if not by all means ask. I cannot speak for the entirety of any group, nor have I ever wanted to do so.
This is implying that the rest of the people who want Half-Life 3 are as rational as you. Trust me, I understand people like that are out there, but they seem to be in the minority.
