I will ask you two questions. Did you tried to play against or with "Qli"s versus any of current Meta decks? Also did you check current meta?
Meta players by pendulum think of "Qli". Pendulums are strong. "Qli"s are broken. But the thing is: most of people that play meta are prepared to deal with them. And; suprender, suprender; they are managing to win over them.
AKA making money. Lods of emone.
Oh believe me, maybe you couldn't write that program, but it's possible to create it. Probably it would took somebody lifespan to create it, but it's possible. As I think I said before some decks are harder to go on autopilot with them. Maybe impossible for most of human being. But it's possible to memorize every single combo you can use (but if anybody would do that with some decks I would question that person sanity). The point is that you proved superiority of Infernity in coming to autopilot before. And that Fables if played correctly can respond to bigger variation of situations.
If you would give it enough time you could also create program that would play any deck on master level. You just proved that it's easier for Infernities to go into they autopilot-mode. Your Fables also can fall into autopilot at some point. Nekroz are autopilot, but it's not that much of autopilot as in some other cases. Any deck can fall into being autopilot when you learn certain combos that works in deck. In one case there will be one combo worth remembering, in others there will be ton of them, but it don't mean you cannot memorize them all and make it autopilot. Believe me, I realize that pendulum spam is broken and Konami is messing with ban-list to boost their power. But there is marketing going on, so everybody will spend their money to buy Pendulum Cards. But for the most of time, only pendulum based deck that is worth of hate that all cards of the kind receive is "Qli" deck (you can add DDD to this category of hate worthy deck, but problems with Konami boosting them is not that strong. I don't think they received new support since they were released.) Bottomles Trap Hole. Deep Dark Trap Hole. This wrecks any push for game in Pendulum decks. And most of them are designed for speed, not protecting monsters. And yes you can say that card you are trying to counter is not broken.
Of course it is. In some way. Unless we think about how many cards actually can COMPLETELY ruin your plays in Pendulum based deck. Plus going to Crystal Vanguard. Unless you don't want it's pendulum effect you won't have 3 searches per turn. And if you have correct support cards to get 3 searches, its Crystal Beast side becomes really inconsistent. It just don't work that good outside theory. I tested a few builds, unless you can tell me that you have your build ready that can use it relatively easy every turn and still be Crystal Beast focused, I'm not interested in hearing 'it can be broken in theory'. I'm not saying it's not a autopilot deck. Almost every deck can be considered autopilot. I'm talking about skill that is involved in playing the deck itself. It's true that it suffers when people just take ready product from deck and never learn how to play it.

I just read pokedex entry and first part of story, but it seem even more confusing. I'm going to try to understand it later. It's too late for me to try to do it now.

Well skill is involved. And to be honest it's not a autopilot deck that anybody can play. So yeah, they can be dangerous if played correctly.
They don't suck that much. Being able to spam board while your hand is empty is pretty good. And then *BAM* 2 LVL 8 Synchro Monsters, Lavalval Chain + that don't mean they are finished.
Abby DH have their decent boss monster. They can rest in pepperonis now, cuz there is no need for them to be more powerful. On other hand Crystal Beasts were almost complete garbage.
