    Hi.

I am not sure what all of you are talking about. I legally changed my name to this when the employee was mumbling the procedure and I could not hear a word they were saying.

Dear lord this is extremely hard. +1 to everyone participating because your graphics give me a veritable mind blowing!

1 | Hayabusa :: Highly enjoy the dichotomy between the light and darkness. Very good centering, good stock usage, and the directional alignment gives it a nice flow. Nothing is too over-textured and the shadows, especially in contrast with some of the text, work very well.

Potential Improvement: Something to make it pop out more a bit, or round out the piece; the bottom right corner may give you a good key, for while the slight asymmetry does not necessarily break the balance, something to counteract could potentially help it.

2 | Plums :: Colour palette is gorgeous, and the stars make it look very pretty while fitting with the actual content of the piece. Stock blends immensely well into the rest of the graphic and the small, cloudy smudging affects carry an attention to detail that shows precision and finesse. That text there is used very creatively and makes the inner typography geek in myself proud.

Potential Improvement: Perhaps making it more dynamic; some movement and flow with the piece would make it even more wonderful. Focusing on depth with a slight light/dark contrast could also possibly help. ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWER.

3 | Amethyst :: Very beautiful colour selection fitting the stock. Curvy effects behind the stock give it some lovely movement without detracting from the focus. The combination of everything actually incites a feeling of emotion in terms of the mischief that the work portrays, so in that manner it blends the various elements of visuals fairly well. 2000% kawaii

Potential Improvement: Emphasizing light/dark to give it depth could give more food for the eyes, and cleaner integration of the stock into the back graphics may offer a smoother transition.

You are all wonderful artists, my lord.

    Shah Jahan!
My god, where have you been all these years? Do you realize what has happened to your Mughal Empire in your absence? The Marathis and then the British took it over! And now your Perso-Arabic state has become a secular democracy named after the subcontinent. They renamed Shahjahanabad back to Delhi! But this is not the worst; your beautiful Taj Mahal, made in honour of your wife, is slowly and gradually falling into decay! Almighty Shah, you must reclaim your throne.

Remember all of the glorious qualities of your realm? I certainly do, oh yes. It was like yesterday when we played poker with the Safavids and Ottomans on the luxurious beaches by the Hormuz.

It is good to see you grace our presence here, at the very least. I hope you have a wonderful time on our tiny little forum.

This is understandable, because people have different tastes. However, expanding one's horizons beyond their current boundaries generally seems to be a treat. This is not simply in the high-flying world of Japanese animu, but this goes for many things. Books, television, sports, even food (especially food). From my personal experience, this expansion helps one refine their own taste and strengthen or evolve their views on the various aspects of this whole wide world. It certainly makes life a more enjoyable experience, if you are willing to be open to new things.

So it certainly does not hurt to at least take into consideration recommendations from time to time! It is one way many things around us gain such popularity, after all. Especially if you may miss things in your childhood. Like myself and the Metroid games.

    << IGNITE REVOLUTION >>

Tit was a dance in the moonlight.

Although they had been stuck outside for what seemed like hours, the panther let off enough resistance to warrant a simple discussion under the slowly falling slow. Even though they had been unable to engage in the fight as so they desired, due to the excessive cold and the presence of people all around them, it was tough luck for Torvald in how it was still hard enough for him to get any confession out of the man. So maybe it wasn't his fault even? Nonsense! He was the one who prepared the food!

He wanted to ask if anyone was there with him, in the kitchen, while he was asleep and he prepared the food.
But no, it was getting rather late. Lucas wouldn't budge, for the night anyway. Torvald yawned.

He decided to go rest. He called the special taxi driver again. Time to wait. He wandered off to one of the trees by Maria's home and wrapped himself tightly in his coat so he would not die of hypothermia, or some such. Tomorrow he could surprise Maria and make her even angrier, and perhaps get a headstart on Lucas.

    Perfect.

Torvald slowly drifted off to sleep.
His snoring tonight was extremely loud because of the cold weather drying his nostrils, and it could probably be heard from the insides of many houses on the street -- Maria's included.

For an hour, he slept by the tree, and eventually the taxi driver came -- a wisened, strong old Somalian woman, who took one look at him, decided he was not worth it tonight, and drove off.
