The only thing I see wrong are the eyes. They seem kinda smaller then the rest of the anatomy itself, and it doesn't seem to flow with everything.
The collar bones too seem to have some discomfort in the whole sha-bang.
I really like the thought you put into this, and the fingers look totally amazing. I really wish I could have this much talent, you can go somewhere with this.
