to play Tim Drake on Young Justice, rather than Dick Grayson/Nightwing?
that Michael Cera is like the most attractive guy ever. In a completely heterosexual kind of way.
I get so emotional during math class.
should i take pics or no?
My friend and I are currently having a heated discussion about the way that we take in and observe various entertainment, specifically story-based. I prefer to observe it from an analytical standpoint, while he thinks you should turn off your brain in order to be able to get the full effect. I disagree. You can get the full effect without turning your brain off, but he thinks that in order to get the full intended effect, you must turn off your brain or else you will see nothing but flaws, or rather your opinion will be bogged down with "useless" facts, but if something has flaws it's better to understand them, know why they're flaws, and how they could be corrected, rather than not even realize that something is a flaw, and not have a full understand of something. I understand that some people prefer to see movies or read stories that don't require any thinking, but this is not that. We just watched a movie and at the end I was pointing out why I thought that a character arc was left slightly unresolved, and how certain events were a commentary on how we can ignore things that shouldn't be ignored, even if what we are ignoring them for, is not harmful in itself. The point is, he thinks that analyzing a story is superfluous, or at the very least irrelevant to the experience, while I completely disagree. Also, he says that despite the fact that he thinks analyzing is unnecessary, that he is able to understand a story on the level of what I said above, which is just laughable. His level of pretentiousness is at a ridiculous height. The sad thing is is that I can't even argue this because he constantly talks over me, and won't let me finish a sentence without repeating a point that he's been trying to establish for the past hour. So, what do you think is the better way to observe entertainment?
We're currently having a discussion about something, and he is basically saying that because of his personality type, not based on his own merits, that he is able to understand everything, while other people are not able to understand anything outside of their own area of understanding. I'm trying to argue my points, but he writes them off as a limited perspective of understanding, despite the fact that I am trying to tell him why his way of thinking is somewhat flawed, or at the very least not ideal because it limits his potential to understand, because he assumes he already understands.
It was good. the suspense at the end was killer
I want to see Argo, but my friend wants to see Pitch Perfect. No way in hell am I seeing Pitch Perfect.
YouTube, or should I say Google, you've gone too far!! It was one thing to make all these ****** changes to YouTube, but now making YouTube an actual component of the Google search engine is just too much!! You know what I'm going to do now?! absolutely nothing, because YouTube has grown too big, and to not use YouTube is to not keep up with hobbies. I hate the internet, I swear to god one of these days.... Edit: I watched a video and I must say the way it looks is not that bad. It reminds me of back in the old days when YouTube was a baby. Kinda. Edit: Nevermind.
It's mid-October and its in the 80s here. It's been this way for the past couple of years. I miss the cool fall weather where jackets were semi-required and I could walk outside, look around, breath in the fall air, and not pass out from the heat. So many good memories took place in the fall, and it's like I can't relive them now.
YOU CANT TRUST THE SYSTEM!!!
I just found a Batman The Animated Series VHS that I had when I was younger. be jealous
Amy Adams will be playing Lois Lane in Man of Steel? What? Amy Adams is super hot, but I don't picture her to be the Lois Lane type. Then again I didn't think Emma Stone would be a good Gwen Stacy, but I absolutely loved her in that role.
It plays games fine, but when it comes to movies it doesn't read the discs at all. What happens is that the disc just jerks back and forth, but never fully spins, but if it does spin its a very slow spin. The discs are fine, it doesn't have to do with the disc. Is it just a problem with the laser? does anybody know how to fix it, or does anybody have any theories on something I can try to fix it?

I don't have one. What are the details on the different sizes and the prices and makers and things like that. I don't want a big one, and I really don't want an expensive one. If I bought one it would be to buy a blu ray player, which i've found for around $50, so what hd tv's could i find for >$150?
Can't sleep. This is the third day in a row where violent coughing has prevented me from getting more than a solid hour of sleep at a time. My coughing started a couple weeks ago and has progressively gotten worse. Maybe I'll take Monday off and go to the doctor, but since I have two papers to write Monday, and have to give a presentation Tuesday that I haven't even begun working on, it's not really a good time to miss, not to mention a huge test I have on Tuesday as well. In short, I'm stressing out. On the up side I was able to download the new SD G Generation game that came out last month. Glad to be able to start a new one and be able to throw my life away again after racking up a shameful amount of hours on the previous game. O, and I finally was able to get a new router this weekend. I can watch and download things like a mother****er now. Its like my old internet but on steroids.
and o my god I suck. I can't get past the green hill zone.
they told me not to talk about it. let's talk about it.
