spammers are so annoying! especially Shikamaru people who just use him to abuse that stupid knockback hit you get when you have Support Drive. they just keep chakra bombing you!

the turbo controller thing is REALLY annoying because it's kind of forcing me to use Temari as my main but i would love to be able to use other characters too. it's just that it's no fun losing just because of the gay (i usually don't use that word that way but i just had to) turbo controllers.

also a word about Temari: it seems no one realizes that she's invulnerable to projectiles (minus bombs) when she activates her awakening. that has helped me kill people because they do try to shoot me down but fail.

i do wonder when a sequel to this game will come out. though, judging from their history, it seems like they released an Ultimate Ninja game every year, so I'm going to guess that there's going to be one this year as well.

by way: as anyone figure out a way to beat Itachi's Susanoo? i find i can only beat it when i was already leading by a lot already so he can't kill me before it runs out. but i'm a little helpless against it no matter which character i'm playing as. that and Killer Bee's awakenings are the only ones i can't seem to beat. neither of those take much damage but dish ALOT of it.

i actually like this game a whole lot. though, i would love to punch the developers in the face for making the Ultimate Jutsus short and un-epic compared to Storm 1.

though, the story mode is GREATLY improved from the first game. the narration is better, there's enough information for someone to actually know what's going on.

and yes, the boss battles were my favorite part of the game, they were cool and was different than the regular fighting.

the online mode, i'm not sure where i sit there. the online community is TERRIBLE. though i get a sick thrill from putting cheap a$$ spammers in their place. though, i find i can be a little helpless against stupid turbo controllers. i can only beat turbo controller people using Temari because the turbo controller is just going to hurt them against long range people (they waste all their chakra substituting all the projectiles)

i found Hinata to be the perfect character to punish Rasengan spammers :) as soon as i see a substitution, i activate 8 Trigrams 64 Palm Guard and they ram right into it.

i don't really have an opinion about True Crime but I think they're making the right move with Guitar Hero. i think people are getting bored of seeing these new Guitar Hero games coming out.

it can't be. the problem is, people believe that religion needs to be proved to be valid, however, its' actually the opposite. you have to disprove religious beliefs in order to get people to stop believing. the reason is because it was "proved" a long time ago. whether or not this proof was very good is unknown, but it was enough to convince people to accept it as fact. once you prove something to be a fact, it's hard to write it off as not afterwards.

take this example: many people in the past thought the world was a square. they proved it by looking at the horizon and saw nothing beyond it. however, when people suggested it was round people thought it was ridiculous. there needed to be proof that it was round and not square.

it happened and now we accept that as fact. but what if someone told us the world isn't round but is actually triangular? we wouldn't buy it and they would have to prove it.

so my point is: people already accepted religious beliefs as facts and you have to find evidence otherwise to get people to think differently. however, that can't happen because of the nature of those beliefs.

    Guns

i don't think anyone is saying guns should be banned altogether because for one thing it's not going to happen and it can be a self defense thing. but i DO think more common sense laws need to be implemented to prevent guns from being purchased by obvious madmen.
but see the thing is, that makes it so much easier for people to do bad things with them too. it would be so easy to amass a whole cache of guns for bad purposes as well as good ones.
i don't really understand why you would think having a large population of people having guns would prevent crime. that's a VERY idealistic view and very unrealistic. i would think it would have the opposite effect actually. yes, you can blow away threats with guns, however if the majority of people have a gun, you're most likely going to get shot before you have a chance to defend yourself. there's no way you're going to be able to guess who's going to want to shoot you before it happens. think of how many emotionally unstable kids would shoot each other out of anger or how many drunks at bars who would normally get into fist fights would just blow each other up.

once again: i'm not saying guns are completely evil. i just think there needs to be some more common sense laws to keep them away from obvious criminals.

i actually agree with that. having a test for proper usage of a gun would be a great idea. good instruction on how to use it and what not to do with them. maybe if we make buying a gun as annoying as going to the DMV, THAT would make people be too lazy to get a permit, lol

    Guns

i never really liked that argument because i really don't care if it inconveniences killers to have to come up with a new way to kill someone. and also, it's ALOT harder to kill someone with a knife or a bat instead of a gun. so with that argument, they'll just come up with a new way to kill people i say: LET THEM

but the thing is, even though guns ARE legal, they are still illegally distributed for people who can't legally own the gun.

that's not how it always is though. also, even if YOU know how to use the gun, doesn't mean anyone else in the household does. i'm aware you can keep it locked up in a safe or something but there have been so many cases of kids who use their parent's guns to do harm.

i'm not saying guns are COMPLETELY evil and i'm not saying they should be banned altogether, but it definitely doesn't hurt to have more gun control laws.

    Guns

i'm usually someone who doesn't lean towards one side of argument so heavily but with guns, i really do believe that they do a shitload more harm than they do good. the reason, for it to even do any good, it has to hurt someone or something (like an animal). i mean, i know a lot of anti-gun control people like to argue it's a deterrent for other crimes, but there's really no statistics to prove this. there are however statistics that show how many people have gotten hurt or killed by guns. the fact that there are statistics for how much harm guns have done and not on how many lives were saved by them really causes me to believe guns are bad.

to be honest, i really don't know that much about gun control laws but this case does come to mind when i think about gun control.

my state governor proposed a 1 gun a month law which i think is perfect. i really think that's the perfect middle ground solution to reducing the number of illegal guns. that means, that no one can buy more than 1 gun a month. however, the proposal was unpopular and pretty much "shot" (yes, a pun :)) down. the people against this law just said a bunch of dumb crap like "if they can reduce you to one gun, they can reduce you to zero" and those arguments weren't really backed up by anything.

on the other hand, i can see why the anti-gun law people are wary of gun control laws because i remember reading about when they made a proposal to reduce the amount of assault rifles (i think it was California), and promised not to ban them altogether. they actually ended up banning them altogether. i'm not saying people should be able to run around with assault rifles but that i can see why anti-gun law people are wary to trust gun laws after they did something like that.

i believe there should be more gun control laws. the 1 gun a month proposal sounds like the perfect middle ground solution to me. i just never understood one thing about people who are against gun control laws: why is the right to bear arms more important to them than someone's life?

i'm defintely getting it because of the new mirage arena stages. the way the Mirage Arena is now always felt underdeveloped to me. i found that because of the lack of variety in bosses ( alot of them are just that prison guard thing). i really like what we've seen in the new Mirage Arena stages so far which is Eraqus armor, No Heart, and Monstro.

i feel the same way too. i'm really tired of the recycled environments and music, but i found that every KH is at least worth playing. they are at least good but not all of them are great.

with this game, i haven't played enough to judge but i feel the story is a little ridiculous. still, one thing they did right was this: they brought back the original cast of characters. it's nice to be playing as Sora again (even though it's not really him).

i don't know exactly what they are, but it seems as though there is one of those for every keyblade card. i don't think anything happens if you use them if i remember correctly.

i can't say that i bought or played that many games in 2010. but the two that really stuck out to me was Heavy Rain and Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2. yes, yes you can ostracize me for choosing an anime fighting game as a top game but it is loads of fun. the online community is horrible though. my number 2 choice for 2010.

but my number 1 choice for 2010 would be Heavy Rain. it's such a unique game with a storyline that's actually REALLY good. it is the only game in recent memory that made me feel some sort of emotional attachment to the characters. this game really stands out to me.

that's odd, i used that code too but it never gave me problems like that
try replacing the ???? with 270F instead (that's 9999 in hex)

and there are no codes to play as bosses in this game.

i'm excited for this game actually. the storyline does seem a little on the dull side, given the whole premise it's based on (recovering data about a mysterious message, seriously?) but when i saw the trailer for the gameplay, i fell in love with the game.

i also don't feel the bangs on Rachel this season. it's also weird how her personality changed from the Tracey Flick type girl (the girl in the movie Election) to an annoying backstabbing girl. like how she sent Sunshine to a crack house (though it was funny) and cheated on Finn just because he lied about Santanna.

one character i really hate this season is that guy that Kurt likes in the rich school. i hate every song he sung (he sung them well, but i just hate those songs in particular if that makes any sense). i also hate how he's like "you can't have a solo, it's for the team!" but he sings every frickin song!

i loved the Christmas episode though, it was funny, didn't add much to the story but a good episode anyways. i'm hoping that when Glee comes back later this season, they have an improvement on Season 2. i appreciate the fact that they're trying new things, but they shouldn't take out what DID work from Season 1 (like having songs that fit with the storyline).

also, i think their problem is that there's too many characters to share the screen time with. i think i actually liked Mike Chang when he had no lines. they should come up with more creative lines for him, we get it, he's Asian, we don't need to be reminded of that with practically every line he says.

still, i like Glee, it's not bad to the point it's unwatchable, just not as good as it used to be.

i know a good pin: for whoever wins the top 5. though, i have no idea if anyone still looks through those videos. it'd be great to give a pin to the top 5 people every week.

EDIT: ok it seems to be dead judging from the last time it was updated. but it would've been a good idea if it weren't. still, i think the previous winners deserve a pin.
