Maybe on special cases.Roxas and Namine aged probably because their others are still walking around.? To me,the rest looked like they have been in that body for so long.So maybe nobodies can age if their others are still walking?OK OK maybe they age.Take Xiggy for example,he has graying hair and has a surfer dude accent.They don't have hearts so they cannot age in terms of maturity.But their bodies do. About Ienzo,he can be an apprentice at a young age because in my country,we have cases of 7-13 year olds with high I.Q. I think Japan has a few cases and younger people usually have curious minds so yeah.

I would ask him for a university job and ask him to make a really real final mix where each Organization member gets equally fair roles.Ask him if nobodies age and ask him how old are all the Organization members.
