He's only hard if you can't block his shots (unless you spam Reflect, which is really cheap). He's even harder if you don't have Once More equipped as he almost always attacks with burst shots. Also there's the whole warping thing.
I honestly think that Luxord should've manipulated time better. Like if you lose a game, not only do you transform, your time goes down faster, like double speed, and his goes down slower, like half speed. And when he's near defeat, his just completely stops for a period of time. Other than that, I think they're fights are fine.

How about this: In Riku vs. Xehanort's Heartless, he gets possessed by him again during or after their final battle, which immediately makes Riku a villain (Possessed Riku). To compensate for the loss on the heroes' side, Sora must have finished his conflict with Marluxia. So now that he's currently open, Sora uses the remaining time for everyone else to finish to drive out Xehanort's Heartless and get Riku back.
