Well... it might be possible, but all it'll be a T-stance Dummy, since Namine has NO Animations at all, except in cutscenes, she's pretty much just a model. Roxas, i'll try and find your digits, don't worry. EDIT: Odd... Roxas's digits aren't there... i'll ask iwantedtoexplode about it when he's on. until then, you're going to have to wait.
Impossible with Namine, and roxas would be an ally, he can't be a boss in NTSC U/C... Check the front page for character digits.
The only things in altar of naught is mickey, riku, kiari, goofy, donald, and save point. and the codes are on the front page, roxas and namine aren't on the altar of naught until the cutscene after beating armored xemnas one.
