tbh there are ways nuns presents some stuff that i like a lot better than the manga presentation too.
i watched a lets play of nuns 4 and i am convinced the games are the best way of taking in naruto outside of the manga

"michiko to hatchin" Mostly about the relationship between a criminal named Michiko and her daughter Hannah (Hatchin') as they explore Brazil on the run. by the same guy that made cowboy bebop & space dandy (idk how you feel about those, but I think that gives a good sense of its structure) "Rolling Girls" is 12 episodes iirc, haven't seen it all but its slice of life with some bombastic action sliced in. "Ping Pong the Animation", its a sports anime but its ****ing brilliant. Those are the only ones I've watched outside of KLK since like 2013, so mileage may vary.

dude I'm having the exact same problem with it. I took a break somewhere in the haunted mansion dungeon (don't remember if that was the second or third one), but I haven't really been interested in going back because the riddles for it started feeling tedious, and I have no clue what part in it I was on. (plus I got ORAS around then, so)
if only this came out on PC, someone could mod Drake's model to look like Nic Cage. missed opportunities, sony.
