Libre I have a question. I changed my name but one of the users got offended, so to avoid causing problems I had to change my name back to this....
Thanks I'll do that right now.
Hunter was still waiting for Rinnox to open a dark time portal thingy when a realization hit him in the face, literally. His idea lightbulb lit up and slapped him across the face for being such an idiot. "Damn, we forgot one important thing here; Rinnox is a pro at going AFK and doing absolutely nothing. It's probably due to his rper being kinda lazy too, might wanna have a word to Lucien about that, but seriously... I mean, aside from transport here, can anyone else think of a single time he did something useful? Normally I'd be worried that I'm offending one of the most OP guys in LVD, but lets be honest, he's probably just standin' still as a statue, not moving or doing anything even now. Follow me, I'll get us back" Hunter said, before turning and walking up the stairs to the Olympus Colosseum. He pushed open the big doors and walked inside. Inside was not actually KH2's colosseum, but KH1's, though you wouldn't know it given the creators got lazy and just decided to throw a few flames around the place and call it a new area. The moment Hunter arrived, he turned around and pushed open the doors he'd just walked into. Because it was KH1 Olympus, they functioned as the world exit doors and found himself back in Disney Castle. Now, that was pretty bs, but it still made more sense than twirling around and appearing back there magically in a blink of light. First thing Hunter noticed was the unusual amount of drama. More than usual, really. Along with that was a thousand death glares all directed towards Dane. Wait. Angry looks from Xander, angry look from Caleb, crying kid being Audrey, and tension from everybody else....this could only mean one thing. It was time for the antagonist to be defeated! Hunter sprinted straight at Dane with a battlecry, and was about to strike him when he found himself inside a dark corridor. Audrey hadn't said a word to Samsara. She didn't quite glare at her, but the look she gave was certainly not friendly. She was helping Dane, and she seemed to be doing it because she wanted to. No amount of words saying 'i'm sorry' or anything along those lines would ever cause Audrey to forgive her. She pushed past her as best as she was able to and walked through the dark corridor Dane had created. The moment she got back, she saw Caleb. Immediately the girl raced over to her father and hugged him, burying her face in his clothing and crying. Caleb was in shock. He wasn't quite sure how to react to the sight he had seen. It wasn't anything special, simply people returning, but it was who hadn't returned that was affecting him. "Audrey...where is your mother?" he asked. "She...I....dad she's..." Caleb grabbed Audrey's hands and looked down at her. The look of panic on his face was evident as he heard her lack of being able to speak. "Audrey...where is she?!" he asked, practically shouting. The feeling in his stomach got even worse as he heard Audrey burst out sobbing and simply pointing a finger back. He didn't need to look up, he knew exactly who Audrey was pointing at. Caleb had let Dane go, had felt like he owed him, and Dane had taken the thing that was most precious to him away from him. It was like his childhood all over again, where he had taken a short break from being a protector and had had everything go wrong. He'd been talking to Xander about how he was able to protect people, how everyone would be fine. He was wrong. A very, very dark and grim look appeared on Caleb's face. He didn't feel angry, he didn't feel sad, he didn't feel anything. There was a hole in his heart, the place where Juliet had been was empty, leaving nothing but a dark abyss of negative emotions. He looked up now at Dane and he simply chuckled. There wasn't a word he knew that could even come close to conveying his feelings, to describe how badly he was going to mess up the murderer before him. Slowly, he moved Audrey out of the way and knelt down. "Keep your eyes closed until I tell you to open them. I don't want you seeing this" he stated. He then held up his hands and summoned both of his blades, before dashing at Dane as fast as he was able. The most sadistic of grins appeared on Dane's face as Xander looked poised to attack and Caleb ran at him. Oh how he wanted to stay, he wanted to kill them both. No, not just them. He wanted them all dead, except for Alisia and Audrey. But he couldn't. It would be a hard fought battle but he had confidence he could come out on top, but more than that was he needed them. He needed them to find the hero, and if he fought them and killed them there was no telling how long it would take. Instead, he opened a dark corridor. "Hate me all you like, it's not going to change anything. Xander, Caleb, both of you are guardians, and both of you are failures. I've killed people here and neither of you could do anything to stop me. You have no right to call yourselves protectors of anything. The only one that has even the smallest chance of stopping me is in a cave somewhere that nobody has seen for centuries, so I hope you enjoy watching all those you care about burn and die. Later" the shadow reaper said as he stepped through the dark corridor, dragging Alisia through it and sealing it shut behind himself.
"Don't listen to her Ra. You're probably a lot better at fighting than she thinks you are, you're a member of Team King! Besides, what is there to be afraid of? There's a giant demon about to be released so we're all screwed anyway. What are you, chicken?" Gaius said, causing an unseen groan to be heard. He wasn't sure where that had come from, but it seemed appropriate. Now, back to Cal's fight. "Y'know Calxiyn, you're talkin' a pretty big game right now, about how we're all weak and pathetic but you're powerful and unstoppable. But when you think about it, there's only one person here that can't do jack shit without a mask, and that's you. What's that say about your 'godlike power' huh?" the boy taunted, before using cure on himself. Gaius cured Gaius.
As Colton made his approach to Lucas, the investigator showed no signs of being visibly shocked. As he had said, Colton wasn't the first with powers to be taken down, so when his entire arm moved he really was not surprised. In fact, he had expected it. Predictable as always, he thought to himself. The boy reached him and grabbed his wrist, pushing the gun away from where it was aiming even further. He'll probably try to physically attack me now, Lucas thought. He was correct, indicated by Colton trying to elbow him in the stomach. "Wouldn't expect your kind to give up easily" Lucas said as he stepped back slightly, narrowly avoiding the elbow before retaliating with a swift kick from his legs into Colton's. Now for the arm. He focused his attention on resisting the telekinesis, and while he couldn't resist it entirely he did manage to move it slightly. He saw the surprise on Colton's face. Even that, Lucas had expected. Using the moment of confusion and shock, the investigator did something that would shock Colton even more; he dropped his gun. The very second his fingers were no longer curled around it, Lucas stepped forward and rammed his shoulder into the boy, pushing him back with his full body weight and knocking him to the ground. Not quite done, the detective picked up his gun before dashing forward. He remembered what Isabella said about his frail bones, and stood on the elbow joint with as much force as he could muster. The bones shattered immediately, rendering the boy's arm useless. He then lifted the boy up with his arms, before putting the gun to Colton's back and walking him into the car they had. "It's a good thing you're just as stupid as the rest of the criminals i've captured" Lucas whispered coldly. Christie felt Errol speaking to her in her mind. I just went to get a drink, no need to worry. I'm going to go get Colton then we will make our way back, see you in a bit came the response. Christie skipped along, the girl made her way over to the park she suspected Colton would be at. She was right, kind of. He was there, but from the looks of things he wouldn't be for long. "Colton!" she shouted, sprinting towards him as the car started driving away. It didn't get very far before Christie formulated a plan. She grabbed onto the car telekinetically and pulled, causing the tyres to screech from spinning but not actually moving anywhere. The moment another person showed up, Lucas raised an eyebrow. If this was a regular person, this would be no problem, if she had powers...well, things would be interesting. It turns out she did have powers. The car no longer moving, there wasn't much of an option here. "Isabella, take the wheel" he ordered, swapping places with Isabella then climbing into the back seat of their convertible. He had chosen a convertible for 2 reasons; for a situation like this, and because it looked kinda cool. Unlatching the top of the car, it came off and Lucas pushed it over the edge. "Release the vehicle or I will fire!" he boomed. "Release Colton and I'll release the vehicle!" came the response. "That's not an option!" "Then neither is releasing the car!" "Then I guess we're taking casualties" Lucas said quietly. He glanced at Colton, seeing him now handcuffed and restrained, before pointing his gun straight at Christie and firing. He saw the girl grab her shoulder, unusual since he aimed for the head, but she did release the car and they then sped off into the distance, their mission a success. Christie screamed in pain as the bullet hit her shoulder. She'd never felt anything like it, and it hurt quite a lot. Tearing a bit of her shirt off and wrapping it around her shoulder as best as she could to stop the bleeding, she gritted her teeth and then did what she could to focus her mind. The bullet shouldn't have hit her in the shoulder, not with the way the man had been aiming the gun. Had Colton just saved her life? She wasn't sure if Errol was still listening, but it was all the hope she had. Uncle Errol...they got him...they took Colton, she thought, crouching on the ground and beginning to sob. The mentor, the teacher, she responsible one...the one that had failed to protect Colton. That was her, that was Christie Yashiro.
Hunter used common herb on Renju.
The pictures were...disturbing. While they themselves weren't particularly scary, the story they made up was. After looking at them, Christie began to think about everything that had been said, and just as Jean called for uncle errol she arrived at the same conclusion as Jean; Molly was no ordinary little girl. However, before she could expand on it Errol had already been called. Jeez, thanks for giving me a chance to solve this, Jean, she thought to herself. As Errol arrived and asked her and Colton to step outside, the girl obliged. She had no issues with waiting outside. Not surprisingly though, Colton wasn't completely finished with what he had been saying. "Sure it's a possibility...isn't it also possible that the kid just got lost? I don't think either of them work, but hey what do I know? I'm just the ditzy girl dragged along because she's got nothing better to do" Christie chirped, shrugging her shoulders as she did so. Colton had specified he didn't want her following while he investigated, and he was annoyed enough so maybe it was a good idea to actually listen to him. Besides, she was thirsty anyway. She'd go find somewhere to get a drink, and then she would go and help Colton whether he liked it or not! Tobias bent over in pain as the kick hit home. Damn, what a *****. Though, despite all the pain going through his body, he couldn't help but enjoy it. He loved it, really. So, a *****, but a damn attractive one at that. What a fox. Getting up, he followed behind Cynthia. "Please, getting a girl is no problem for me. Look, just cause you want it but can't have it doesn't mean eeeeeeevery other girl doesn't want some of this" Tobias said, modest as ever. "I can prove it to you. Pick any girl in this library that's around my age. Any at all, and I'll go get her number in seconds. If I do that, you have to give me yours" he proposed, confidence not hard to see in the slightest. Lucas raised an eyebrow as he heard Isabella's dreams. "So your dream is to create a bomb that will cause mass chaos among everybody? While I don't approve of it, I can see how it would appeal to yourself. That being said, I would most certainly have to stop you from creating a bomb, so I wouldn't suggest doing it whilst I am around" the government agent said. He kind of hoped she tried, kind of hoped she gave him a reason to put a bullet through her skull. Wouldn't that be interesting? He'd killed plenty of psychos before, never one quite like her. Most were insane in the sense they were trying to kill too many people, but Isabella brought a whole new meaning to insanity. Once they had arrived at the park, Lucas got to work immediately. He was to look for anyone that appeared even the slightest bit suspicious. It wasn't too hard to search, given that there were only three people there. There was a mother pushing her son on the swings, and a short distance away there was a relatively annoyed-looking teenager. Nothing about those stood out too much, but the teenager looked almost too innocent. He was annoyed, that much could be seen from the way he walked, but he had his hood up and hands in his pockets. While that was normal for most teenagers, it was the most suspicious thing that was there, so Lucas decided to make his start there. He hadn't taken a step before Isabella made things a lot easier for him. She had used her illusion magic to make it appear as though there were dozens of neon arrows pointing straight at the teenager, all with the word 'telekinetic' written on them. Well, he had expected her to be useful, but not that useful, not that he was complaining. Strolling over casually, he wandered over to the mother and son. "Don't react to what I'm about to say and do your best to appear perfectly calm. My name is Lucas Beaumont, I work for the government and I've been assigned to watch dangerous criminals. We believe the boy over there is one of them, and I believe for your safety it would be optimal if you left immediately" the investigator said. He waited until the woman and child had left, simply watching Colton the whole time. A tad unfortunate for you, but very fortunate for me. You'll be the key in figuring out how those freaks with the powers can be taken down, and you'll have no idea just how much enjoyment that little bit of information is going to help me, he thought to himself. Once the coast was clear, Lucas nodded to Isabella. The girl was insane, but there was no doubt she was intelligent enough to know what came next; capture. Pulling out his handgun, Lucas pointed it straight at Colton. "Stand right where you are and turn around slowly. If you even think about using your telekinesis on me, I won't hesitate to shoot a bullet right between your eyes" he shouted at the boy.
I will dirty my hands, for their sake.
Gaius used Blitz, hoping to land as many attacks as Cal had somehow used despite the rule saying no more than 1 massive dps/aoe move per turn. Hopefully RNGesus would guide him to victory.
Tobias looked up at the cameras that Kye had pointed out to him. Rather immaturely and crudely, he held up a single finger, obscured slightly by the claws he still had out but the gesture was pretty obvious. That was his general attitude towards everything. If he didn't agree with something, then **** it, he did things his way, no matter what people told him. He caught up to Cynthia pretty quickly. "I know plenty of things. I could tell you most things about blades, I could tell you about different methods of killing and how to do them. Since we're going to a library, I could even tell you about one of the books it may or may not have there. It's one called Karma Sutra, I can teach you about that book aaaaany time you like" Tobias said, now walking alongside the girl. Lucas didn't react too much visibly as he got off the plane to Isabella's statement. Not really a statement even, but an accusation. He watched the girl as she got to work with her scanning, and then reported back asking for what to do next. Unable to resist, Lucas' sarcasm took hold. "Well, Isabella, you can marry me. For as long as I've known you, even if it's only been a couple of hours, I knew that you were the one I needed in my life. From the way you make things explode to the psychotic look in your eyes, I love everything about you. Screw the investigation, we can experiment on someone else in a faraway country; together we can do anything!" he exclaimed. For once his tone wasn't neutral, but sounded as though he was completely genuine with his response. He then sighed once more and stepped back. "Miss Terros, I can assure you I have no romantic feelings for anybody at all, especially not yourself. It inteferes with work and it doesn't make it very safe for anybody, now if you could keep your fantasies to yourself it would be much appreciated. There is a local park not too far from here, where several recent incidents were reported. I would suggest going there first. Now, if you're prepared to take this seriously, or as close to it as you can come, then we'll be on our way" Lucas said, irritation in his voice as he began walking towards the aforementioned park. Christie couldn't believe Colton would make an accusation like that. She knew he wasn't the nicest guy at the academy, but that was just ridiculous. Storming up to him, she had to resist the urge to slap him across the face. "What the hell was that, Colton? We came here to help her find her son, not to make her feel horrible about it! How would you feel if you were in her situation? If you had someone close to you taken from you, and then someone outright put the blame on you? Think things through a little. Please, just keep comments like that to yourself, we don't need this turning out like your test" the girl said. Turning around, she rushed over to Nicole again. "I'm sorry about that. He's...going through a rough time, I guess. We'll help him through it, just like we'll help get Carter back" she promised. Now was the tricky part; trying to get something out of Molly. Fortunately, she'd talked to quite a few little kids. She loved little kids, always seeming to get along with them, maybe she could be some use in this mission after all. Strolling over, she crouched in front of the little girl and gave her friendliest smile. "Hiya Molly! My name's Christie! Can I see your drawing please? I bet it's real good!" she said with a slight laugh.
Through gritted teeth, Gaius let out a deep, low growl, much as an animal would. Calxiyn was reminding him all too much of those he had left behind. Those who had told him his mother was dead, those who kept saying he should give up on finding them, and those that called him an idiot for thinking he'd ever accomplish anything at all. "You shut your filthy whore mouth! You think you know what power is? You think releasing a demon is going to accomplish anything? You're going to release Deliora, and if you can't beat it then you're screwing over the entire world. And even if you do beat it then you've had to kill your guild mates to do it! You'll be worse than Ezekiel, in fact you already are. You're a traitor, you're a coward, and I'm going to burn you to ashes unless you stand down right now!" Gaius shouted furiously as he leaped at Cal with his fists ablaze, attempting to strike his opponent down quickly. Gaius used Quick Blitz!
Behind door number 2 was in fact a skeleton. The skeleton was stretched out and had its bony hand sitting in between the bars of the cell door, so it was a wonder it hadn't been seen. Door number 1 had a living person though. Or at least, it had been one many years ago. It was a science experiment gone wrong. The man's name hadn't been revealed, but he was simply known as Anthrax after the experiment. He had been a man experimented on, given rat DNA to enhance his capabilities, but he had mutated into a human-sized rat instead. In blind rage, the rat had gone to several towns, murdering people, and had ultimately been captured and taken away, never to be seen again, until now. As the rat leaped at Vex, the man raised his hand and a strong blast of lightning flew into the rat, slamming it into the back of the cell and killing him immediately. Turning around, Vex smirked a little. "Anyone wanna check door number 3?" he asked. OOC: You guys can detail what's behind the doors, just so you know. You don't have to wait for me for every one of them. If you can't think of what's behind it, message me and I can come up with something but you need to post D: Gaius thanked the king and followed Sasha. Gaius didn't know a hell of a lot about most things, but if there was one topic he was knowledgeable on it was food. Following her into the kitchen. "I know the king already introduced me, but my name's Gaius Ryan. And my friend here is Caleb Stitem" Gaius said, gesturing towards Caleb who simply nodded, said "nice to meet you", and remained quiet for the purpose of this post. He looked at all the food around. "Geeez, so much food in here. How much of it are we allowed to take? It all looks so delicious. I want some of this....and this...oh and some of that too!" the fire mage said, grabbing various things from the shelves and piling it up in his arms. "What do you think?" he asked, stopping momentarily as he realized that he hadn't really given her a chance to respond. Oscar shrugged his shoulders at his brother's words. "Not a clue. He doesn't know too much about us, so I can't imagine he would know anyone that could really help us" the boy said, looking at Oscar as he walked towards Tom. He was interrupted and forced to stop walking by a single, muscular finger poking into the side of his face. Staggering back a step, he let out an irritated cry. "The hell did you do that for?!" he yelled out. "Because you are wrong!" Tom responded proudly. "Tom has indeed found someone to help you. How does Tom know this? Because Tom knows everything, and Tom knows that the man can help anybody" he boomed, explaining his genius intellect. "Tom should stop referring to himself in the third person before Tom finds himself dead" "Tom will never stop referring to himself in the third person, how dare you ask him to stop! Anyway, the man has powers. Magic. He can read minds, and he can talk to people in their minds. He tried to read Tom's mind, but Tom was too powerful and the man heard nothing!" "Yeah, i'm sure that was the reason" "What is little boy meaning by that? Is he insulting Tom's genius?" "No, little boy would never dream of that" "Good, because Tom would find that very offensive! Anyway, here is magic man!" Tom stated, stepping out of the way. Behind them was a man, the telepath known as Stephen Castra.
Glen looked at Beuce, and surprisingly there wasn't a grin on the wielder's face. "I'm gonna drive it so far up Vanitas' ass he won't be able to walk for decades" he said, his voice completely serious as he spoke. He was talking about his trial hardened foot, not the other thing, you damn perverts. "Y'know Beuce, you aren't as annoying as I thought you were. And you're kinda entertaining when you're drunk....speaking of" he said, as he pulled out yet another bottle of alcohol. "That one before wasn't the only bottle. I'm not going to drink more here, but hey there's always the next world right?" the boy asked.
