...I was re-reading chapters KHVR and KHVRII 1-7, and Roxas may be willing to shoot me for this, but.... I have to say, I think the mood was a bit better in KHVRI. It was more intense... as I read the first one, I was growing vaguely sick from everything occuring. KHVRII seems to be focusing more on teh epic n00bness than anything else. There needs to be more teamwork within the teams. I'm not saying everyone must do something meaningful, but in comparison to the first KHVR, I'm not getting the same kind of urgent life-or-death struggle that kept it so captivating. Don't get me wrong, I still love KHVRII, I just think you need to focus more on the "OMG-we-could-die-at-any-moment" factor that you wrote so effectively in KHVR. ...yes, you may kill me now for daring to dispute the great wisdom of Roxas...
