It is theoretically impossible for a zombie Apocalypse to happen. So yes, I would indeed survive. Now if "were" to happen and were going off movie and anime logic, then yes I would survive. Everybody in the world pretty much has extensive knowledge on zombie lore due to the media that has made zombies so popular. We would use what we know works in that situation and live.

UPDATE: After some grinding on my pokemon, I challenged and beat the gym that gives me the relic badge. Can't remember the name, and I'm away fro my ds right now. After that I spent most of the day slathering trees in honey, looking for bugs. And the first tree that starts shaking, has me female combee, which I did catch and evolve into Vesqueen. After putting more honey on more trees, I found my male burmy and caught it. Now training for next gym, it's going to be really really really really hard.
