i was actually planning to buy Star Ocean: the Last Hope International but when i learned about this game, i changed my mind almost immediately. i think i would enjoy this game better than Star Ocean, even if it IS significantly shorter than an RPG. i'm actually going to pre-order it so that i can download the additional pre-quel chapter. this game looks awesome, the demo really wowed me. well.....not the Crime Scene part, i thought that part was actually pretty boring but the first part was interesting. wish the characters could run though. EDIT: just pre-ordered my copy so i get that pre-quel episode :)
i saw that episode. if i remember correctly, they didn't actually "mock" down syndrome, the character just happened to have it. though, the reference to "my mom is a former governor of alaska" makes it seem like they are targeting the kid with down syndrome. so i'm not really sure, but there was no actual insults.

perhaps that explains why it's taking a long time for a release. i guess the US version is getting bonus material like with KH1.
use these, the weapon mods Valor 1032EE24 0000???? Master Form 1032EECC 0000???? Final Form 1032EF04 0000???? you can replace the ???? with 0029 for Kingdom Key i don't think there's a way to make it better than that, i think that's the best it's gonna be.
what i found that helps when you're having trouble with these codes is: try pressing the joker while you're in the same world that the battle you're trying to warp to is located or you can press and hold the joker while loading the save file. i just press and hold whenever the loading message is gone, and it always works for me. hope that helps

i'm unhappy that it's 8-bit again. i mean, it's not THAT horrible but i would've preferred it be like Megaman 8 for the PSone.

what i did was load up a save file with Riku, and then warp to a boss battle that was in Sora's story.
code hacking, just hoping that the code isn't DMA. other than that i'm doing great.
oh ok, i misunderstood that first post. i really do wonder if there's a way to make Zexion go beyond trying to steal your cards though.

yea, the digits are in hex for whatever floor you want. and yea, the higher the digit the harder it gets. for Riku, it's actually the lower the digit, the higher the enemy stats are. i've actually never tried going higher than 13 so i don't know what will happen.
i actually tried giving Sora Soul Eater cards and he DID snatch them, but that's all he did.
i actually tried that. it works, but Zexion won't do anything more besides trying to steal your cards. i even used the Deck Mod to give him Riku's deck. he can only snatch soul eater cards but he just doesn't go beyond that for some reason.
funny, this kinda stuff actually showed up in a PS2 game as well (i believe it was Tekken) but with racial slurs instead.
