The faq that Roxas IS Sora's nobody is that they share their emotions and memories to each others. Since Sora din't remember Twiligh Town, it ment that the town is part of Roxas's memories. Since Roxas almost sees Kairi in Sora's memories (that he din't knew they WERE memories), it helped the process to re-awake Sora from hes deep slumber. Since Kairi is part of Namine, It helped Namine jam some more power because of Sora's emotion to Kairi. Roxas died because he wasn't ment to exist, as said by Namine. ^^Rose^^

I have a strong feeling that this key will be introduced. Since Axel was the one that gave it to Sora, I think he will also give it to Roxas.
Axel can't be Riku's or Reno's nobody. Riku's heart was never devoured by darkness, it was being posses by Xenahort's Heartless. While Reno, hes just an ordaniry FF character. I have never seen a FF character being introduced being part of the story KH worlds. Exept for Auron, but he was in a Disney event. So I wouln't exept a FF character been involve in the story.
Already, there are KH1 keyblades, Oblivion, Oathkeeper and Kingdom Key. These 3 I think will be the only KH1 keys. If theres hope, we might get the new keyblades introduced in KH1FM and KHIIFM, Diamond Dust, One-Winged Angel, The Heartless Key and the Nobody Key. Well, sine there are heartless missions, there might be missions where Xemnas orders you to get a certain item.

I disagree in some ways of your theory. Aqua, Ven, Terra and MX could't have been teached by Mickey. Mickey was still be teached by Yen Sid the wizard. A apprentice can't teach other apprentice. If Kingdom Hearts was destroyed then why we still see it in KH and KHII?
That castle is Hollow Bastion. Since Kairi was raised there, and Sora had Kairi's heart, he could remembered the castle.
