Instruction manuals are there for a reason. They are there to guide you through a specific process to achieve the end result. Having said that, when it comes to video games, I only use the manual to know the button layouts at the beginning and then refer back to it if i've not played the game in a long time just as a refresher. Sure some people don't use instruction's / manuals, but that is there own choice. They shouldn't be judging someone else because of it.

Depends. Some people can sport tattoos, some people can't. I personally think that if someone wants to use their own body as a canvas then that is their choice and good on them...just that they should realize that if they get a tat to understand that 50 years from now...it may not look as attractive as you once thought. Also, there should be a rule that if you are to get a tat, you should be stone cold sober.
Texas has been talking of splitting since the Alamo. Will it be structurally or logistically possible: no. If Texas were to become a soveriegn state, tariffs, taxes, etc would skyrocket not to mention a new generation of immigration. Would this mean that IF Texas were to secede, that we would see King George W Bush...or perhaps Lord Chuck Norris.
