I think this card won't work since Chaotic Fusionist don't activate his effect when he's Normal Summoned but after his Normal Summon.

No it's just plain normal synchro in TCG and OCG no RL. In RL we talk about more that TCG and OCG since other Yu-Gi-Oh games exist in RL. And on wikia if you look under Tag Force section you get his official Dark Synchro effect (in every way that card that was never released in TCG and OCG as dark synchro can have).
Well Tag Force games have only existing rules for dark synchro monstes and those games definitely exist in RL so you don't have any way to say that there is no dark synchro monsters in RL game (they are non of them in TCG and OCG). Whole discussion was about how some things in SirFred custom (in my opinion) was pointless or just wrong.

Ok it's effect of Hundred Eyes Dragon from Tag Force (EDIT: Dark Synchro Version): "1 non-Tuner monster - 1 Dark Tuner This card can only be Synchro Summoned if the Level of the non-Tuner Synchro Material Monster minus the Level of Dark Tuner Synchro Material Monster equals -8. If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until end of the Damage Step. While this card is face-up on the field, it gains the effects of all "Infernity" monsters in your Graveyard. If this card is destroyed while on the field, select 1 card from your Deck and add it to your hand."
Problem is that it's effect is just too good for normal synchro monster. If you remove part about being dark synchro monster and effect that lets you draw it would be perfectly fine. Plus no one just simply makes dark synchro monster with positive level. And funny fact. If in Tag Force game you use Dark Synchro monster for another synchro summon (as material) it's level is threated as positive one (-5 level monster for synchro summon is treated as level 5 monster). EDIT: At least it used to work this way.
