King Vegeta is stronger than Nappa. But that list is accurate. It would have awesome if Bardock went Super Saiyan on Freiza. Turles is a low-class saiyan who escaped Planet Vegeta before it was destroyed. Turles also said Goku was low-class trash implying Turles is a higher up class.
