You press clear each time. Yes, you go in the grass like you would for a regular Pokemon. And you only need to enter them again if you leave the area. I'm currently using this code to EV train my Giratina. Also, if anyone needs some Pokesav codes, just ask me and I can make some for you. You can also ask Light Yagami for them too, since we both have the Platinum Pokesav.
