and thats fine...I really want to like XII bad! lol I may replay it...cause their was a huge like...year...gap between me putting it down and then playing it again. so that might be why I didnt like it. and as for VIII, I honestly screwed up with my characters and their levels, and I am sorry but Squall ****ing pisses me off with his HUGE emo-ness. I cant stand how...anti social he is, it just makes me mad. I will have to start over just to fix my mess ups...there is 30 hours I wont get back :/

I think I just really hate when FF fans hate on a FF game because its not "like FFVII because that was the best" really? its not even fair to compare these two games...FFXIII is on the PS3 (..and xbox360) and FFVII was on the PS ONE. clearly the games are completely different from their graphics to their story, I also hate when people "dislike/hate" a game with out really giving it a chance because they have their mind set on how ONE game was...and thus all must be the same. I was suuuuuuuper pumped to get FFXII and FFVIII...and I have played through both...and I can honestly say I wished I liked them..but I dont.
btw, I am sure that once the remake of VI comes out....they will do a remake of VII... I think they will stop at IX because that was the last psx game...and the last to have no voice acting. they may remake them all over again in another 10 or 15 years...just to keep making more money off of better systems.

I didnt like it...I wanted too...but...idk. I am not a fan of "old English" style of speaking so that probably didnt help. The game play was fun...but, the story was too...large and hard to follow for me personally.

ok...so I found out that I can bring my DDF data to DDFF...but I have to start a new game (i was only like 12 hours into the first and its really not a big deal) however...is there a way to do this with out starting over?
I grew up Catholic, and the 1960's catholic (pre Vatican II) were taught to fear God. Now (post Vatican II) we are taught to love God. Worst part...the church I attended almost every Sunday (and K to 6th grade, I was at church every Tuesday, I went to a private Catholic school) is very focused on both pre and post Vatican II. Which means its lessons are very...contradicting (to put it nicely). So now, as a Gay man, I have decided that I hate my catholic church and almost most of the religion because I grew up with the bad side. I totally understand what you mean, because me and a friend of mine have realized that we "don't need a religion/ relationship with Jesus to do and be a good person" I am very open to religion, and I view myself as more Christian.
