Well, it's not impossible, as I read it when I was 13. O.O I'd have to say Nathaniel Hawthorne's The Scarlet Letter... that man goes SO OVERBOARD with his detail that it's not even funny. I all but cried through the 50-page introduction from sheer boredom. His first chapter is the description of a door. I'm not joking. >.<
Easy! Fullmetal Alchemist easily captures first place in my mind, then Rurouni Kenshin and D.Gray-Man. FMA manga used little screentoning, and I love the complexity inherent in the simplicity of Hiromu Arakawa's style. Anyone who's read FMA knows what I mean.
BOOKS SECTION! YAY! Alright, where to begin.... Tom Clancy J.R.R. Tolkien R.A. Salvatore Matthew Stover with Hiromu Arakawa as my favorite manga artist. I'll probably think of more as time progresses.

'TIS XELL!!! Yeah, I shall finish reading now... I have to say that Xell is one of my new favorite OC's now... (did you already guess that? :p) And I'm pretty sure that's everyone on the list... I don't know if I can handle Xell and Near on the same team, though... my poor little head might explode from all the adorable-ness in one area... I have to say, I'm impressed. This story's gone much farther than I would have thought possible from the opening chapter, and I LOVE IT.
