Nakir flipped a black one as he came at him, stepping in front of Jasmine. "Careful, these things are dangerous!" One caught him in the stomach and his eyes watered. He kicked up and punched it in the stomach, sending it over and crashing into another one.

"I'm Edmondus, but call me Ed, for your sanity and mine," he said, cracking a small grin. He landed at a cave entrance. It seemed fairly sized, and wasn't too big.
He nodded and dropped to a lower altitude, about three feet above the trees, and adjusted her so she could ride on his back, in between his wings. "Well I can't make you shut up, nor do I care if you talk for that matter. I'm not a chatterbox either."
Saxon tucked his ipod in his pack, which was currently draped over one shoulder. He ran a hand through his hair as he craned his neck up at the school. It was pretty big but he was glad for a change.
As the water droplets clung to his face, Ed looked down at his, now, charge. His eyebrows went up and he cocked his head slightly. Shaking it, he returned to the business of the cloud, finally breaking through to the other side, where the sun warmed his back. "I would ask what you are doing but that would be rude," he said serenely.

I was gonna go for covert but this will be more interesting, hehe Ed pulled out his wings but kept them folded for now. He needed a weapon of some sort...a tool or a sword would be better. He scanned the area near him and saw a guard standing by himself. Ed snuck up on him, careful not to make a sound on the leaves of the forest floor. With a soft thunk, the guard fell and Ed got his sword. It was now or never. Edmondus sucked in a big breath and ran at the demon holding the girl, he cut the rope with one swift motion, and at the same time, grabbed the girl around her waist. He jumped and fanned his wings out, soaring high above the, now angry demons. They were going fast and getting away fast too. He cloaked both of their presences and they flew into a cloud.

Edmondus flew a little lower and his suspicion was proved correct. There was a female there, not of this clan from the looks. It seemed that someone was looking for a grl, he had heard somewhere but he didn't know who. Thinking fast, Ed retracted his wings and landed in a bush a ways away from the clearing. He snuck up to it and cloaked is presence.

Ed flew over a more distant part of the region when he felt a strong pulsing aura. He scanned the ground and saw hoards of demons, far, far away from the city. He could have sworn he heard a muffled cry but dismissed it as nothing. OOC: this is where you come in Cupcake

Ed sighed as she jumped down. The wind blew hard and Ed fanned out his wings to their full length, feeling a little less angry. He was a sight to behold for hawks wings are beautiful and his were nearly six feet wide.
He cracked a tiny smile. "Well my full name is Edmondus Caliga Corien but you can call me Ed." As he watched her stare, he remembered about his shirt. "Sorry, when I unfold my wings, it rips my shirt, I try to carry an extra but I don't have one this time." He eyed her warily before nodding and taking her hand. Hers felt cold to him because he was a hawk's teperature. He lifted himself off the ground and stood there, his wings curved around his bare chest a little to keep the wind from entering.
"Well I would call 'her' by her name if I knew it," Nakir replied calmly. He followed Jason as they went back to the village.
Ed felt something pulling him down and sit on him. THe breath flew out of him. "To stop us from falling. You ran into me," he huffed as he regained his breath.
Ed felt an anger rising up in him. Why am I always the bad guy!!!!Damn it I'm leaving!!!! His wings shot out, once again, ripping his shirt to shreds. He took off and kept flying. He would fly until he fell from the sky, and then he would die.
