My levels are: lv40 Floatzel lv40 Torterra-Twiggy lv41 Luxray lv41 Staraptor lv42 Riolu (it has enought happiness to evolve, but I have to wait for daytime) lv42 Rapidash (evolved while in the Snowpoint gym) Yup. It's the best ball you can get when you play at night, in a cave, or the Distortion World, other than Masterball. At night, the catch rate becomes 3x that of a normal Pokeball. That's better than the Ultra ball, which is 2x.

The ice shield shattered from the blast and Kuroh flew back a bit. He got up, clutching his arm. "You're good, too good. I can't allow you to live." he said. He placed his hand on the ground and focused his mind, making water shoot up from the ground underneath Kevin, lifting him up. Then the water froze, holding him in place high up. A sharp point rose from the middle of it, going up to Kevin. It stopped right at his belly, pricking him a bit and making it very uncomfortable for him. Kuroh ment for it to keep going and kill him, but he realized he wouldn't be able to make it to where Jessica was if he did it. Clutching his arm again, he started leaving. "Hope you get comfortable, you'll be there for a while." he said. "My ice never melts."
I was actually listening to that while making this thread. I ripped it from my 2 B A Master CD and put it on my mp3 Player yesterday along with a couple other songs from it.

OOC: His ice shield completely surrounds him, even on the ground. I thought saying it was a ball would clue you in to that. I guess I should have specified, sorry.
He quickly curled up in a ball and surrounded himself in a thick ball of ice, protecting himself from the blast.
He jumped out of the way and shot a blast of water at him.
He spun around and kicked him on the head, grabbing his tail and throwing him into a tree.
He spun around just in time and blocked with his falcion. "You're quick, but are you quick enough?" he asked, vanishing and appearing above him, sending ice shards down at him.
He appeared behind them and blasted Kevin with water, which instantly froze on him, making him a little heavier. OOC: He's not really vanishing, he's just moving faster than the eye can follow.
