"That is all I can do for now, unfortunately," Atom said, spinning back into the air and landing a kick on Xardius' back. "Fight and die. And since I cannot win, I would at least like to have one last fight of honor." *** As soon as Xane started to recover, he was punched backwards into the air by Wukong, who then left to kick Venture in the stomach. *** Fuujin swirled his arms in the air and sent a wave of hail after Nulix, Noxas, and Chris.
Fuujin sent a bolt of lightning heading Nulix's way.
Atom recovered quickly, and headbutted Xardius in his gut, ramming him into the gravel below. "You're apparently not worth my time, either," Atom said. "Your arrogance puts you up with lesser gods such as C.A and Fuujin." *** C.A., turned his head for a moment, considering to hit Atom with an arrow, but relented as Mellodia was on the move. "Miss me?" he asked her, firing a teaser arrow that narroly missed her head. *** "Ooh-Aah!" Wukong cried out, launching a kick at Xane, sending him flying into the air for a few seconds, before flippping upward and landing on his back. He then followed up with a kick to Venture's jaw, sending him flying towards a wall of rock. *** Fuujin tried to kill people.
"We thought we were heading to Osidia, but we ended up on this maze world," Xane explained. "Then the four gods appeared and challenged us to a life or death fight."
"I am interested in the matters of fellow 'gods'," Atom answered, blocking Xardius' swing with his own blade. "And the phoenix is the most powerful."
OOC: Uh, 'Sup guys? I was dragged into this meeting, so I couldn't go online, until now...
Winds swept Noxas from under him, followed by another bolt of lightning.
OOC: No, your fighting Fujin. Atom's...Kinda out of everyone's league except for Xardius. BIC: Mellodia already was swiping back arrows shot from C.A. *** Xane, Venture, and Wukong all faced one another....Waiting to strike. *** Atom dashed at Xardius, swinging his blade diagonally at him. "Tell me, Phoenix..." Atom began. "Do you know where the phoenix orignates?"
"I'll take this one!" Fujin cried out, charging a bolt of lightening and sending it at Noxas. EDIT "Phoenix," Atom said to Xardius. "You will face me."
"This is a life or death situation for the both of us," Atom spoke up. "Ever since the events of Ragnarok, we can no longer...regenerate, though we have been given more power thanks to the Brotherhood. This will either be the end of you or us. I hope you honor our challenge," Atom said, drawing a sword from the scabbard on his back.
OOC: Mellodia is an ally of the UO. She's mostly been quiet on the ship. BIC: Atop a mountain was a figure, with four arms. The wileder of the bow and arrow. The first 'god' C.A. In the sky, a second figure could be seen in the clouds. They were formed in the shape of a lagre man, lightning circling around his arms. The master of weather, the second god, Fujin. Lightning crackled on top of the mountains, revealing a figure sitting indian style atop of it, wielding a staff. The relaxed martial artist, the third god, Wukong. And between all of them, a giant figure with giant golden armor, and hi-tech looking wings appeared.The guardian of the Virus, the fourth god, Atom.
OOC: There's no army. It's one person...Well, technically a person. At most, five arrows can be shot at a time. BIC: Whoever shot the arrow, ignored Xardius for the moment.... The skies suddenly turned dark, as lightening crackled through them. A rumbling noise was heard in the distance. It could've been thunder, but it sounded strangely like laughter. Mellodia drew her sword. "I think we all know what this is, Xane..." She frowned. "I don't," Venture admitted. "You'll find out," Xane said.
OOC: Xane was trying to think of where they were and how they got there... BIC: Suddenly, an arrow zoomed through the air, landing at Bellatrix's feet. "That isn't who I think it is..." Xane said, as he stood up, cracking his knuckles. "Is it?"
OOC: I don't see why it would matter...But okay... BIC: Xane sat down, trying to think.
OOC: We weren't going to fight the Brotherhood or anything...I had a surprise "mini-boss" fight planned out...
"Osidia," Xane answered. "This whole world looks like a maze..." "And what are we, the rats?" Mellodia asked.
"No, but we're probably expected," Venture piped up. "And they probably brought us here." "Might as well get out now..." Xane suggested. Outside of the ship were miles and miles of giant ruins.
"It didn't...and that's what worries me," Xane said.
