My band director for several years made us run laps to open the airways in our lungs. Funny thing was I have asthma so that didn't exactly do what he wanted it to do, annnnnd he didn't stop.

Having recovery time during the weekend is your best bet in the long run. "Medical" time off from school/work isn't time off from school/work.

When its happening make a list of various things in your head that could be way worse. My most recent medical "issue" was kidney stones. I feel for women who give birth.

not saying its better or worse. But a stone playing pinball in my bladder for weeks on end is anything but fun, especially considering my kidney stone was quite large

I never said there was anything wrong with it. I specifically did my best to avoid that, actually.

I use a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth mechanical keyboard. Honestly it really just depends on what you want. I prefer the brown switches (only available on the stealth edition because browns are more quiet than blues). They still give you a great tactile click and have improved my typing speed and accuracy quite a bit. It also helps that I take a lot of classes online, and enjoy playing PC games, those two reasons alone make whatever price they may put this at, well worth it (within reason of course). If you don't really type a lot of play a lot of PC games, I wouldn't really worry about it. However if you do I would highly suggest going on youtube and looking up some quality mechanical keyboards and a good mouse as well. This (in my opinion) will improve the overall PC gaming experience far more than a few more extra frames, as many people tend to be torn between a quality keyboard and better PC parts.

Also (despite the technology constantly getting better) I always avoid wireless or Bluetooth anything. Wired has always given me a better experience when it comes to a mouse and keyboard.

My point was (especially since you have the mental capacity to carry out a conversation) I believe that you are capable of doing so. All it takes is watching one video tutorial on youtube and the rest is just putting stuff together (which is shown to you on said youtube tutorial). I mean if i can do it with memory loss and brain damage, I am sure that you can.

Allow me to clarify one thing though, this isn't me putting you down because you chose not do build it yourself in this particular case. It is just me reassuring you that you are capable of doing it. I see a lot of people talk about how they aren't capable of learning how to do 'this' or 'that' when it is mostly their fear or lack of self confidence that is keeping them from doing it. Was my first computer build 100% smooth sailing? No, but I backtracked a bit and realized I rushed a bit over one part and plugged something into the appropriate port (yay my inability at that time to attach that cable that makes the power button work). Needless to say the experience was really rewarding afterwards.
