    Sorry to hear that. In regards to immature and cruel people, if anyone on the forum is giving you a hard time, I would recommend reporting it to staff instead of just leaving. We're here to make the forum a fun place for everyone and nobody should feel like they have to leave because of others.

    To be honest your current setup should handle games fine. If you wanna future-proof yourself though, the only thing to really be concerned about is your video card (and as Lux said, make sure your PSU can handle it). 16GB of RAM is overkill IMO, I currently have 6GB and rarely ever use more than like 70% of it, so 8GB should be fine.

    Well yeah it isn't needed, but having one to store your games on will help with load times and stuff like that.
