Filled this out earlier. Some of the questions were pretty cool. It's nice to see Square taking an interest in the opinions of fans.
I really like this! Just a few changes I would make: 1 - Make the "vortex" text a bit more visible. Up the opacity slightly, or switch the blend mode maybe? 2 - There's not a lot of blending on the faces. Try fade them into the fire a bit more. Apart from that, this is very nice! Good job.

Freeze time at will. This would be amazing. Just hit the pause button whenever I don't feel like doing anything, sleep for a couple of uncounted hours and then go back to what I was doing.
That's disappointing. I sort of expected maybe an OVA or short animation. I guess a re-watch is in order to celebrate the anniversary of the first anime I ever watched.
