Well that little tantrum went over well. At least he didn't laugh and provoke her to keep smashing his face in. She was holding onto her sanity with thin, thin threads, if you could say even that. She knew she was treading a thin line as it was, with others, and with herself. She didn't know how much longer she could keep going like this. She knew at this pace she would destroy herself and prayed that she could sort it out. Given the way things had been going so far though, she was still on that road for destruction, and it felt like it was accelerating at this pace.

Kiara caught the girl speaking and looked over for a moment. So as far as she was aware there was no contact with the realm of light. So unless her father found a way into the realm of darkness then her past wouldn't effect them, not truly. There was relief in that though, Kiara wasn't ignorant enough to think that if her father could possibly show up, that she could keep that sort of information to herself. She wasn't able to stand against him on her own last time, there was no way that she was ready to do it now. But with what information they had, it seemed like she could go forward without sharing the details of her past.

Arctus had chosen to answer for Kiara, and while that got on her nerves she didn't say much about it.
"As Arctus said, yes you are coming long. As for what you are. I think we should talk to the old man before we decide. He has been around this place far longer I am sure and would know more. Lets just get back." She told them. Part of her wanted to believe that the girl was good and she wouldn't be their prisoner, but in the end Kiara felt like she needed to stick with the guilty until proven innocent. "Melus, Luther, stick close to the girl, stay between Arctus and I. Lets go." Kiara recited the same order from before this time with less conviction, just wanting to get out of there.

    ((Posting for Cstar))

As the final people were pulled into the house, Ria stared silently and walked as close as he could, trying to figure out where they were cowering. He accidentally hit the force field and let out a pained yell before backing up and holding his face. He moved his hands and his face looked seriously deformed for a minute, like Chrono's face if it was becoming misshapen and less human, then he took a breather to heal himself before he began staring at the house once more.

The bottom of the ladder was quite a length, but not as insanely long as the one that led to the underground village. Their climb led down to a rather large room, stacked with emergency supplies like food, water, and a large amount of weaponry and healing equipment. As people piled in, Mora reached into the supply area and grabbed a couple of mega-potions and a mega-ether. She used them once everyone was down the ladder and in the room.
The room had four different doors branching out in different directions, but Mora walked over towards one in particular and looked out of it before she turned to the rest of the group and said,
“This is the safeway, and this is one of the sanctuaries. Darkness can’t get in here, they’re designed that way. I’m, not entirely sure why? My grandmother used to tell me it was to keep hordes of heartless out, so I guess it’s always been a problem. Ria can’t get down here, so we’ll be safe if we stay in these tunnels. A problem is there’s no way to teleport out of these though, and I don’t know why that is.”
Mora looked around to find a lantern and said, “I don’t need this, but you guys probably will.”

Perhaps it wasn't the brightest idea in the world to start a fight when he was so clearly drunk. While he might have believed himself to be a functioning drunk, his reflexes were not as on par when paired against one who seemed to be mostly sober. After a punch to the face had broken Lucian's nose, the man was lucky Lucian still had hold enough of himself to not go for his weapons. It might have turned into a really bad situation if he let the anger get to him that much. However at this point Lucian had trained his mind, even his drunk mind to not rely on his weapons.

While Lucian could barely hear Kara over the roaring in his own ears and the noise of the bar, he caught her leaving the area, and decided it was probably best to follow, if only to make sure that the man didn't decide to sneak out after her after he likely got into another fight. Lucian turned and swiped his jacket from off the chair he was sitting, knowing that it would be very bad if he had left his uniform behind and followed Kara out while there was still enough chaos to sneak out. He prodded his swollen lip as he walked, or more staggered out, refusing to say anything as he spotted purple hair moving slightly ahead of him and followed it, not really caring where they were going.

Tinarah was feeling quite a bit better with Aria there with a hand on her shoulder. She knew that she could trust her, and while she always stuck closer to Choma than either of the other students during their short time training, Tinarah knew that she could trust them, and would trust them, especially now that it was just her and Aria to protect each other. She didn't trust anyone else here, after all they were the ones that took them away from their other friends. And as Aria spoke, something struck Tinarah as strange. The older student had mentioned the fact that she was stuck there and Tinarah couldn't help but wonder what that meant. Why exactly was she stuck? What was preventing her from leaving asides from not knowing how to get away?

The theory about darkness, the nature of it, and how to prevent it, was certainly an interesting one. Part of Tinarah wondered what the process to train darkness out of ones self would be, but given the mans wording about it, and statement that it would be near impossible for anyone else to do, hit Tinarah like he was directing it right at her. She knew she was weak and fragile and her emotional state was not all together, but she liked to think of herself as a good person. Would it really be that hard to train whatever darkness lingered out of her, and others? Perhaps not men like those who had attacked her in the past, but what about other keyblade wielders, they all seemed nice enough, she couldn't see any of them as being that filled with darkness, even if she knew it lived in a balance in everyone's hearts, side by side with the light.

In the end however, the man really didn't answer anything, perhaps only causing more questions to arise. Tinarah huddled in closer with Aria as she eyed the man.
"I don't get it. I don't understand how you plan to just remove darkness and what this has to do with me. I have done nothing wrong, neither has Aria. Why is she stuck here, why am I here and not with my other friends? You haven't answered any of that." Tinarah pointed out before thinking back to when they were talking to the king in Atlantas. "Besides I don't think that it is necessarily just people that bring this darkness on places. The last place we were at said there were outsiders there before the creatures came. It would seem someone was bring it with them then. I mean I don't know for sure, I haven't seen that much of the worlds yet and I am still pretty new to this keyblade thing, but wouldn't that make sense? I mean I am just trying to.... Never mind." Tinarah started to speak her mind but quickly remembered she was just a child while this man claimed to study such things. There was no way her theory would be more sound than his, why did she even try? A slight blush rose to her cheeks out of embarrassment as she looked up at Aria with an apologetic look for talking too much. At that point it was just nerves, her mind trying to process why she was here and what she should do, as well as who she should trust.

Auburn was shocked when not only her team leader came over, but another boy as well. She hadn't really talked to any one, on her team or otherwise. Now after the big fight, they had approached, but the conversation however was not an easy one. The first time she had not said much in response to Blaine, and because of this it lead to an awkward silence, until the other boy spoke up. He seemed rather cheery, but Auburn still wasn't totally sure how to respond to him. He had stated a point sure, but he didn't actually go anywhere with his statement. He just kind of said it, and Blaine agreed.

Auburn shifted uncomfortably as the two people were around her. She brought her arms in close to her and just stared at them as they spoke. She wasn't sure what to say, but she didn't like people being this close to her. She purposefully stepped away from everyone, trying to find more room for herself. Knowing that she was fleeing there was a part of her that knew that there wouldn't be a ton of extra space, but to have two people approach and start talking, her anxiety was getting rather high and she just watched them for a moment. It wasn't that either of these guys seemed bad, she simply wasn't good with talking with people. So she once again nodded in agreeance of getting to know each other and just hoped that if they wan't to talk to her that they would ask her specific questions, up until that point it was a struggle to get proper words to form.

She watched them for a minute, then glanced to her sides where her weapons were attached, part of her still wondered if anyone knew who her father was, if anyone cared. Perhaps not, there was more interesting things around, like the girl talking about her semblance in the background. It was certainly an interesting one, more interesting than hers. But Auburn couldn't imagine what the girl had to go through not knowing what was going to happen next. It would be scary dealing with that unknown in a fight. At least she knew what hers would do and how to control it. Auburns eyes drifted from the girl however back to her teammates and then back to her lap feeling rather uncomfortable and unsure how to react.

»Aalis, another teammate spoke up in regards to his statement about the cheese. So it was her fault, that was totally awesome. Arian listened as she explained the workings of her semblance. It was quite unique and Arian rather liked that. "That is so cool. I mean weird but cool. I just have really, really good aim. Like I can't miss. So you know it is helpful, but only in certain situations. You could do almost anything. Imagine doing that to a bad guy and turning him into cheese. Then we could just eat our problems away. I like cheese." Arian's ears had perked up a little bit, like he was interested in something, then his stomach growled. Some wolfish part of him seemed to be listening for something to eat. His eyes also glanced around the space they were in wondering if anyone here had food. "Too bad I didn't have a nose like a wolf though, that would be so handy with many things, don't you think?" Arian's stomach grumbled a little bit and he couldn't help but give a sheepish grin towards his team not saying anything but clearly a little embarrassed.

It wasn't too much longer after they finished their battle that it seemed the other team finished their side of things. She could see something happening with Tron and his disk, then he started to speak. Aislinn took notes of what he was saying, but it meant nothing to her. Just names, or words or something, likely to do with the data base that they were in. Aislinn glanced around to see what exactly happened from that. She wondered if a door opened or something for them to go through, but so far there was nothing. Thankfully Stratos asked the question before she had to. "It was good fun to help you Tron, but we really must be off." She said with a small smile. She was somewhat sad to have to leave him, just as they were making friends, but there was other worlds that needed help after all, so it was really time to go.

Aaron only smiled his crooked smile before speaking again. He knew every word he spoke was pushing his luck more and more, but he couldn't help himself. "Hey for the record you kidnapped me. If you don't like what you got, it isn't my fault. I mean it is like fishing, you get what you get and if you don't like it, then you can always release it." He said with a shrug. Aaron knew that wasn't going to happen, but it was worth a try anyways. Of course instead of being released he was brought below deck. As soon as they were out of Thorvald's sight, Aaron once again considered the merit of taking these guards down. Even in chains he felt confident he could do it. That still left him however stranded on a boat, in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by pirates. And while there were left guards it made him seem like a bigger threat.

Hours passed and when Thorvald came back for him, he found Aaron sitting cross-legged on the floor, seeming to be in a meditative state. He was completely relaxed and didn't seem to startle when the man unlocked the door. Aaron slowly opened his eyes and just looked at Thorvald silently for a moment. Apparently someone was ready to meet him, probably the person who gave the contract. Aaron just let out a sigh, this was certainly going to be interesting, and he hoped to the gods that this wasn't going to be his last moments. It wasn't that he believed in any gods but still somewhere he hoped something, some divine intervention would come to save him.
"So are you going to give me a chance to freshen up, or do I have to meet a new person looking like this?" Aaron finally asked.

Thankfully when Dayla returned to her tavern, there wasn't too much damage done. There was one keg of beer that was previously full, that now say empty, but besides that the property damage was minimal. Dayla took her losses with grace, she didn't mind if that was the only thing that had gone wrong. Soon enough Dayla was once again open for business, and somewhat wondering what was taking the witchers so long to return after she left. Dayla had assumed that they would follow close after, but if they didn't want the warmth of her tavern, then so be it.

As the night went on, the number of people in the room started to grow. Dayla was rather pleased with the turn out that night, she could use the money. Sitting at the bar was Aylse, who was not really paying attention to her, which was fine. In the end her job was to make sure the peace was kept in the tavern. Dancing around the bar, Dayla set out drink after drink for the patrons, nearly forgetting that the witchers had ever existed. Her worry was not on what happened to them anymore, just focused on those who were giving her money.

As she did this she looked up and saw the man that she ditched on the boat enter. Raising a brow to him, she held up a mug of ale, a silent offer to come sit and have a drink. It was too loud to bother speaking yet anyways. Dayla had felt slightly guilty for ditching him on the boat before, but she was simply trying to do whatever was best for her and her tavern. Perhaps this would be enough to make it up to him for ditching, maybe not. It was at least worth a try.

It was disturbing how much this man new of her. She had said nothing about her mom and yet her knew that not only had she lost someone close to her, but she lost her mother at the hands of others. Tinarah didn't talk about that, not even with Choma. She kept that sort of things between her and her brother, there was no need for anyone else to know about it. It wasn't like she was very good at talking about it at all, especially without crying. The few times she spoke of it, she broke down even though years had passed. Tinarah shifted in her seat trying to figure out what to say to the Light Chaser. However suddenly a thought struck her. "I thought... I thought that both light and darkness live in everyone. If that is the case... Well wouldn't erasure of darkness mean hurting people? Even if they are innocent?" Tinarah pushed. She had thought the man started seeming nice, like maybe she had misjudged him, but now she was questioning it all again. Tinarah didn't know if she should trust the man beside her.

As Tinarah mulled over the thought trying to figure out what the man was going to do when she heard her name. Looking up she saw another student of Choma's coming her way.
"Aria. I thought... I thought you were...." Tears came to Tinarah's eyes as she rose to greet Aria, hugging her tight. "I thought you were gone.... How are you..." She trailed off as she tried to remember how even she got there. It was mostly hazy and it could very well been the same for Aria. She was just happy to see a familiar face. Tinarah wouldn't have said she was close with Aria, but Aria had always been nice to her when she was under Choma's care.

Letting go of the other girl Tinarah took a step back and looked between The Light Chaser, and Aria before speaking. "Will you tell me now why we are both here?" She asked not knowing if these two were the people he wanted to wait for. Whether or not that was true, seeing Aria brought her back to the core of the issue, why she was here, as well as why Aria was there. Instead of taking her seat on the bench again, Tinarah decided to she would feel more comfortable beside Aria. At least she knew Aria. Without her violin she really had nothing to hold onto, mentally or physically for comfort. The closest she had was the only face she knew here, so that was why she stuck close, not even giving Aria much personal space, standing rather close to her.

Kiara was barely listening to the story that Krista was giving them, she was getting the general idea of it, and caught the offer for information, but Kiara wasn't going to look too heavily into that. She wanted some of those answers but not yet, they could get back to Lea first. There was one thing Kiara did want to know then however. Turning to the girl she spoke in a low, cold tone, it was all she could do to keep from yelling as her eyes darted to Arctus who she could tell was getting ready to say more. "Just tell me does he have contact with people outside of the realm of darkness. Can he leave? That is all I need to know and then we will escort you to someone else to decide your fate." Kiara was careful not to use names, who she was bringing Krista back to. Kiara felt a bit sorry for the girl but also wasn't convinced that she wanted to believe her yet either.

Of course Arctus couldn't keep his mouth shut either and started accusing her again of lying about her real name, about this all being her fault. That was when Kiara lost in completely and turned to Arctus grabbing him by the collar the moment he spoke her name. Her fist soon after connected with his face.
"Fine, yes I lied about my name! So what?! That isn't why he is here! You are more of an idiot that I thought if you really think this is all my fault! If you think the name I chose to go by means anything! Anything I can answer for you isn't going to help with anything, trust me! As long as that b*stard can't tell someone else where I am, then we will be fine. Even if he did I doubt my dear dad with think me threat enough to bring more than himself. And if you are scared of one man, then what are you doing here?" She snapped at him before backhanding him one more time and turning to walk around listening to Luther for a moment. "I agree. Lets just go before I murder someone." She shot a pointed glare at Arctus before walking away.

Tinarah wasn't inclined to turn and face the man as he walked over to her. It seemed that he had noticed her wrists as he commented on them. It wasn't that Tinarah was trying to hide it at this point, but she had thought with the way that she was laying, it would have been harder to notice. She shifted a bit as he spoke of her scars. While many did fade, they never seemed to go away completely, they still remained to remind her of her mistakes and shortcomings. He wasn't done talking however, mentioning how he could help heal them instead. It struck Tinarah as interesting enough that she rolled over and actually looked towards the man for a moment, waiting to hear what else he had to say. It had been attempted, even with magic the scars on her wrists had not gone away, so instead she was forced to cover them up.

The man reached out for her, and Tinarah instinctively pulled away, however even holding her wrist to her chest he reached out, and without touching her, started to use some sort of magic. Tinarah took note that it wasn't the typical colour she expected for healing magic, however what he was doing didn't hurt her either. When he pulled his hand away, Tinarah looked down at the wrist that she had been holding. Removing her other hand she took a closer look to realize that there was no trace of the scaring to be found there. Sitting up she continued to look at her wrist in amazement, expecting at least a small sign of what had been there before. She prodded at the skin to see if there were any parts that were still tender, from what had been guessed to be damaged or torn tissue. And yet nothing remained.

The Light Chaser continued talking, continued mentioning that he could heal more than just the flesh wounds. That was something Tinarah questioned a little bit. He spoke of reclaiming things, people.
"What do you mean by that?" She tried to ask him. "You say that they could recover people... but what do you mean? Who are you bring back, how are you recovering them? What happened to them?" Tinarah seemed to be stuck on the fact that he was recovering a person instead of the fact that he was commenting on healing those wounds she could not be seen. Perhaps she needed some of that healing, she really did need that healing, but she wanted to know what he meant. Could he bring back her mom? Did she even want to see her mom be brought back. Tinarah didn't know if she could face her mother if she was around again. She felt like she wasn't anything that her mom could be proud of. She felt she had fallen so far, she was so weak and scared while her mom was outgoing and adventurous. She wouldn't even be able to face her again.

Lucian was actually rather enjoying himself, especially when he finished the line of shots that he had gotten himself. He figured the girl was at least as drunk as he was, as she decided that she wanted to call him Mister Teddy. A weird conclusion for someone who liked to murder would be called Mister Teddy, but it was what it was. He couldn't help but laugh at that, it was just so out there of a concept that he found himself laughing and enjoying the company of this girl who was crazy enough to try and keep up with his drinking.

Lucian was a little zoned out when he realized that Kara was tapping his shoulder suggesting they should leave. He looked over to the man she was indicating to and growled slightly.
"I rather like it here. I will take care of him." Lucian told Kara as he got up and marched up to the man at the bar. He spoke low, warning tone as he tried to tell the man to leave. He was keeping his voice down so that not everyone had to hear their discussion, but the man only responded with yelling. Getting frustrated Lucian quickly gave up with reason. This man wouldn't listen to it, and Lucian was drunk enough not to want to deal with it sensibly. One moment there was yelling, and the next he jumped straight to punching the man across the face, starting a fight in the bar. Worse than that Lucian seemed to be really enjoying the fight.

"Well it shows. You guys were great." Aislinn complimented Kel with a smile. She was missing the close relations she had with her sister back home. There guys were so close knit, and maybe she could find that here, but she had noticed she was far older than the rest. Would that make a difference? Aislinn always did have trouble making close friends, and seeing these friends that realization pushed down on her as she forced a smile to her face. "I hope the others are okay."
