Beta was irritated by the man next to him. "You obviously know nothing of the knight's code. A knight does not take ones life if they are unable to fight back. If he were standing with sword in hand, attacking me, the job would need to be finished. Sparing him is my way of honoring him. He was a worthy fighter. The king can decide what to do with him now." Beta wished to be alone now. He decided to sit back by the Castle entrance and take a nice nap.
Beta was not expecting his opponent to grab the whip. He was more amazed that his arm guards could withstand such a deadly force. His hand would surely be bleeding from a grab like that. Another bold move indeed. However, the next move was an unwise one. Something he surely would regret. Preparing for the impact, Beta thrust his shield as the other's head came into contact with it. A loud ding like that of a bell could be heard. The opponent fell to the ground unconscious. Beta threw his shield back on as well as rolled his whip and sheathed his sword. "Billie. Take this man to the prison. The king might want to have a word with him."
His opponent deflected the blade. An interesting maneuver. If Beta were any normal man, his blade would have been shot clean away from him and out of his hand. Good thing he had a firm grip. The man new what he was doing after all. Beta wished to try a new technique against him. One that he had yet to try on any man believing it to be too deadly. "I wish not to use this on you, but we are gar to equal in skill. Time to reveal my Demon Lash." Beta took the front of his whip and wrapped it around the hilt of his sword. A strange mechanism aloud him to lock it in place. The end of the whip was now his sword. He reached to his back and grabbed a shield. "A balance of defense, attack, and range. The ultimate technique I have come across." He planted the shield down and lashed at him with the pointed whip at great speed. If it missed, he continued to lash repeatedly.

His enemy did the wise move of charging as well. It was wise, yet he could also kill himself. It would be a mutual death if Beta continued the same strategy. He then noticed the man preparing to grab him. One who could hold a claymore with just one arm was indeed a worthy opponent. Not many could handle that much weight. Just who was this man really... The time had come, Beta had to do something now. He slid down on the ground. If his opponent didn't dodge, the blade would cut right through his crotch. The whip however and his current velocity would make this a hard task to do. Beta released the grasp of the claymore being the charge was already enough momentum. In case he dodged, the whip would be ready for a slice to the back.
-Lowee- Verde hid behind her sister Vert. She was shy and had a hard time meeting new people. IF was mentioned and was a girl with brown hair and an odd blue cloak. She looked over Vert's shoulder and began to speak in a very soft tone. "Um... Ms. IF, my name is Verde, the current CPU nominee for Leanbox. Can you please confirm this with them. You don't have to either... I could just go away." -Digital Tower- Takato and Guilmon entered first. The area was dark and damp. A place that was built from digital beings, and damp, the two didn't mix well at all. He looked over to Zoe and was reminded of something "Hey, Zoe, didn't you say you were looking for your friend Tommy? Do you think he might be anywhere nearby?" Rita and Renamon followed in the rear. The Emperor punched a screen in front of him. "How dare they defeat Skullgreymon. No matter. I have more than that in my disposal. Isn't that right... you two." Spoiler: ENTER The girl awoke from her slumber to see the man who had taken her Digimon. "Let Gatomon go! Please, I beg of you." "Never woman. I will use her to get rid of the people downstairs... and you're going to help me..." -Cave: Dual Link- Link and Tetra set off with the others to go and retrieve the Master Sword's as well as his counterpart's Zelda. Who knew what sort of evil Ganon and these two others could do with that power. Could they perhaps be trying to awaken an even darker evil. Something that not even the heroes of the goddess could stop. Toon Link ran ahead the group to look around the Savannah.
Beta saw the soldier Billie trying to take part in the fight. Really he wished to do this himself. It was also a knight's honor to fight one on one. If it were unbalanced, chivalry would be dead. "I apologize Billie. I choose to vanquish this man myself. A two on one battle would be unfair. There is no chivalry in that. I apologize my lady." It was time to fight. Beta lashed out his whip in his right hand and his sword in his left. What most didn't know was that he was ambidextrous. He could hold his own no matter what the hand was. This gave him a superior advantage in battle. Just one of the fine qualities a Captain should have. Beta lashed his whip around the man's Claymore and pulled himself in to slash with his sword. "This is the kingdom of Korr. I will defend my new life!"
-Alexandria and Nautilus- BOSS BATTLE -WEAKENED TIAMAT-Boss HP = 200 -Rabanastre and Zanarkand- BOSS BATTLE -WEAKENED PLUTO-Boss HP = 200 -Zanarkand-Rita jumped back and began to cast with her weapon, a scarf. "Sarcifice my body to raise the earth from below, Stalagmite!" Spikes of ground came shooting from the ground as it hit the beast from below. Tiamat flew into the sky to avoid more hits. Its mouth openned wide as it shot down a laser of intense energy. -Nautilus- Luke jumped away from the Weakend Pluto. "Tiger Blade." He released an upward arte to strike the foe. It damaged it abit but Pluto tossed Luke back, unconcious. Van saw this and grew irritated. He released his sword. "Let's get this guy. Hyaa!" He swung his sword with great velocity and power. Pluto launched swords from its side as it too began to launch sword strikes at the others.
I want it. I really do. I have absolutely no cash though. And I have an ambassador 3DS so, alas, Pikachu will have to go by me. Now if the Black Charizard one ever comes out... boy I will buy that in a hearbeat.
Might have been sued but its not really going to hurt them, not with the billions they have. I find it stupid really. They did just take the idea and tweak it to their liking. It isn't the original anymore.

The king had refused Beta's offer. This was quite the surprise. The king never fought his Captain. All though the king never admitted it, Beta was nearly as strong as him. Maybe the king was just afraid. If it were really that much of a bother to put the armor back on, Beta would strip his and the two could fight like real men with just their fists and the clothes on their back. He was even hoping that the king would grant him a birthday wish and challenge him. The king was too self centered to care though. He need to get the man out of his head. He was being consumed by it. A walk around the castle might do him good, but it may not help him either. Beta came to the gate where a few of his soldiers were stopping a knight from entering. He was not of Korr, that was certain. But his armor was fairly familiar. Beta received this armor from traders back in his home country of Lesch. It was sturdy and could take arrow penetration. Swords were something to be a bit more wary of, that is why he always carried a long ranged weapon. His blood whip, it was red and prickled with thorns. A dangerous tool that he had used to behead many men of the Laziruth empire. The man couldn't have been from their either. He was an outsider and not welcome. Either he would have to leave, or a challenge would be ensured. He told his guard to stand down as Beta walked up to him. "I am Sir Beta, Captain of the Royal Knights and his majesties most trusted official. You are not permitted to enter this place without documentation and proof of such. Please move on or face the consequences of battle."

I must ask this, is the pope mentioned anywhere in the Bible? I mean, it almost appears like a form of politics more then religion from what I have seen. I mean yeah, good for the Catholics on getting a new Pope, but why is it so important? As long as you have God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit in your heart, mind, and soul, why need the figure head?
