People at my school were watching footage of the corpses washing ashore and laughing and it made my friend burst out into tears (although there was no confrontation, she was so incredibly upset) I had to pull her out of the library and console her about it. People are such monsters.

Alrightey, I decided to let my idea bloom here; The stitches keeping the universes together (that's a good word for it right?) are being ripped apart, thus transporting people back and fourth to different times, spaces, universes, and other whatnot. Our heroes are thrown into a mysterious world created from these stitches- They must try to figure out what is going on and stop it- before everything unravels into chaos and all of that good stuff. Now this will crossover into ANY SERIES KNOWN TO MAN Anime/Manga/Movie/Game/anything (you might want to pick something reasonable though; don't pick Dwight Schrute or anything...no matter how awesome that would be...)
