The only consequense (sp?) that has for me (no offense) is that the books that I ordered from Amazon (that I needed a week ago) just arrived today. over 2 weeks travel time! That sucks.

On topic, though, we in NC went through a winter storm like that a few years back - lost power for about a week, ice everywhere, my family and I eventually went to a shelter. It SUCKED. The good part, though, was that we got to have a fire in the fireplace every day before we left. didn't keep us warm, but it looked nice! (I like fire...)

I have been to Disneyworld once. I LOVED the Rock n' roller coaster and Space Mountain, but those were really the only things that made an impression on me, other than how embarrased I was to be forced to watch that dumb "40 year old nerds in costumes" parade (the disney characters one). That same trip (we live in NC, so we are not too far away), we went to Universal Studios, and that was MUCH better. LOTS more rides/more mature things (not as much geared towards kids). All in all, I enjoyed the trip. We stayed at the resort, and that was pretty fun.

Now, while I have not played Re:CoM, I have seen the entire game played through on Youtube, and I do (or did) own the original (I gave it to my little brother for christmas). I personally would prefer the remake, simply for it's larger screen and better graphics (not to mention the fact that you can get clips of it for AMVs), although Riku's story seemed WAY too easy in the remake.

There is one thing, though, that makes the GBA version slightly better - an emulator. (Yes, I have a GBA emulator, but CoM is the only game I have for it, and I paid for the physical copy before giving it away). The larger screen size alone helps tremendously, and I can speed up the game slightly to make it more action-packed and speed up my attacks.

But I'm still gonna vote Re:CoM. The english version, of course.

While I do prefer the sound of newer stuff (particularly Dragonforce), I have vastly more old stuff than new on my comp. My dad, having grown up on the old stuff, has probably thousands of songs, and he has given me around 300 of them, mostly of the Beatles (they have to be my favorite old band).

The only reason I dont have more old stuff is because I don't have the money to buy the cds or iTunes, and I care too much about the bands to illegaly download music (believe it or not, the bands do get paid for every bought song/cd, and if you get it without paying, they get nothing).

Please. You honestly think they are being serious? They just think it sounds cool, they are away from their parents (at least, during the day), and so they say things like that to get a specific reaction. Specifically, they want you to idolize them cause they are "so mature" that they actually have sex and ****, yet they know that they probably won't get any till they are like 20+. Ignore them. Once they hit college age, they stick to the truth. If they don't do drugs then, they don't say they do. Trust me. I know.

Now, I have not seen the movie, but I do want to comment on the title. "Dawn of Dinosaurs". Correct me if I'm wrong (and I'm not - anthoropology major FTW), but the Ice Age happened some 65 million years AFTER the dinosaurs died, so unless they do some cheesy "Lost World" sort of thing, there can be no dinosaurs in this movie.

Look, lets not get into the issues of child prostitution, because I think most of us here agree that, unless you are truely sick, child sex is BAD. Whether it is for "moral" reasons, or real reasons (it does physically hurt them, after all), it is wrong. The discussion should be focusing on consenting adults buying/selling sex. Nothing more, and nothing less.

Because using a keygen to access an unpurchased copy of Vegas is illegal. And sometimes dangerous, as keygen downloads can have viruses, trojans, etc riding on them.

Did you know that Bonobo apes (our genetically closest living relative) use sex as a form of greeting, goodbye, peer bonding, AND mother-child bonding? So, are they immoral? NO, because morals are nothing more than a cultural and religious CONSTRUCTION used solely to control humans and make them into "proper" people, the definition of which varies between every religion and culture. Morals do not exist.

If both the parties involved are consenting, legal-age, aware adults (if they are mentally deficient, and don't know what they are doing, that is different) then by all means let them have sex. And even better, if it were legal, the government could tax the incomes of the prostitutes/pimps, and considering the income some of them make, it would be a considerable source of income for the US (or whatever country that makes it legal).

Not only that, but the prossies could be tested monthly, bimonthly, etc for STDs, cutting down the number passed on CONSIDERABLY. They would have proper wages, better health care, insurance, legal representation, and all the trappings that us "moral" citizens get. I say it's about time we stop treating them like second-class citizens just because of their chosen pursuit of happiness (or because they are trying to survive in a world that hates the poor).

Meh, as many have said, I enjoy both, as long as the ending is well done. I think the most realistic is when ONE (or some, but not all) of the main characters dies

I have every single one of their songs, and they sound VASTLY different to anyone with an ear for metal. I personally prefer Heroes of our Time from the new album, and Trail of Broken Hearts from Inhuman Rampage.

In my opinion, anyone who only hears them on Guitar Queero is destined to start to hate them, simply because the sound quality is not good, and you only hear it how YOU "play" it - missed notes and all. If nothing else, look them up on Youtube - the majority of their songs have not been touched by the cancer spreading there.

Even though I haven't seen it, I know exactly what happens, and more, having seen "42 Ways to Kill Hitler" on the history channel. I will not see it. It is ruined for me, and not worth wasting my money on.
